Location and friendlyness, helpfull staff, parking they have area to park in front of hotel you just need to get a sign from the reception to put on the dashboard of your car. would recomend this hotel.

the bed is very hard, i paid extra for a over matress and the over matress was so thing that it did not make any diference. fortunatly our stay was only one night otherwise we would not be able to spend another night of disconfort.

The hotel is very well located, right at the city center. The staff was extremely nice, helpful and kind. The twin bedroom was large, the beds were comfy, the bathroom was great as well. I didn't eat much at breakfast but there was a large selection of hot & cold, savory & sweet foods and drinks.

Comfortable hotel in the center of Portalegre. Very warm and hospitable staff. They really make you feel at home, and go the extra mile to cater for all your needs! We got a big and cozy room, and really enjoyed the small balcony. Breakfast is good, with a nice selection of local pastries.

Staff were very good, particularly at breakfast. The room, a superior room was good with comfortable beds and a lovely bathroom. Overlooking the square and fountain. Good location for the old town.

My dislikes are only minor criticism. Room on Booking clearly states bathrobes and slippers provided, this was not the case. Also states, sofa in the room this was not the case. Yes we had a balcony which you could just about sit on if furniture had been provided, resulting in nowhere for us to sit in the room. Parking as stated was limited.

Situated right in the city center, this hotel offers a very good price-quality relation. Rooms are nicely decorated, beds are comfortable, breakfast is good... where else do you need?

Nothing remakable, but just to mention that parking is payed all around from Mom-Sat from 9am until 6pm.

The bed had a plastic sheet under the main sheet. It is too thick and noisy when you move. Not necessary to be so thick

There was no parking at the hotel, although lots nearby but I had to get up early to put a new ticket on the car

This hotel is located in the centre of Portoalegre, it is modern and finished/decorated to a high standard. The rooms are comfortable and quiet with good blackout curtains. Breakfast was varied and generous.

I have book this Hotel for my elderly parents, and it was very user friendly for their age, also the staff was excellent making sure they were always comfortable and on breakfast checking always if they need it any extras, at it seems breakfast is fantastic as well. Good service, good food, and very clean, also comfortable, and the location was right in the centre, and for an elderly couple it was perfect having everything at the door step, even an amazing park.

The room was incredible. The choice of pillows allowed me to find "just right". Location close to bus station and near tourist sites.

The bedside plugs were hard to reach.
