Everything was just perfect, sometimes didn’t want to leave the room (though it was in a great location very close to the beach and the nightlife) lovely staff, specially the gentleman who cooks the breakfast which was delicious. Rooms are clean, totally worths the money. We were surprised that the private parking is for 10 euros/night but there is a huge parking lot nearby. One of the best accomodations ever been in. Very recommended.

The hotel is indeed charming and very quaint. It is super clean. It is super quiet and you feel you're the only one staying there. The location is fantastic, it's just a few steps from the main strip in front of the beach. Breakfast was included and the service was phenomenal. However it was the same options everyday.

It would have been nice to have a small refrigerator in the room to keep water and other items cold. The bathroom lacks counter space and shelving, the same goes for the shower. We stayed at the very top floor and the seagulls sounded like they were being murdered at 7am every morning. That was a daily unsolicited wakeup call. The pillows were not feathers and slightly uncomfortable. All things considered, I would stay again in the future.

Only quibble the bar in the Hotel lounge wasn't open (possibly because still in off season) but plenty of bars and restaurants nearby so not a big deal

Located very close to the beach and main strip with restaurants and clubs, comfortable and luxurious room, kind staff and the best breakfasts I’ve ever had at a hotel!

Soundproofing could be improved. I was in room 1 which is right next to reception, I could often hear the doorbell ringing and people talking (sometimes late into the night). For light sleepers I would suggest booking a different room further back in the property.

Me and my wife have stayed there from 9-16 June. This is the best boutique hotel I’ve ever to stayed at. The buildings are amazing and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms, and high quality service. Incredible, lovely cleanliness. Great breakfast. Many thanks for great service to Irina and Diana, they where absolutely lovely, and deserve recognition for their amazing, warming service! I 100% recommend staying here, it’s close to the beach. Peaceful at night as it’s location is perfect, so need to worry about the party noises. Thank you for an amazing holiday to not forget! - Anna and Pawel

Very clean and tidy hotel, all facilities as described.

There was a noisy street nearby, with lots of bars and entertainment - unfortunately it was not what we expected. It is the beach area, surrounded by big hotels and other buildings. This of course has nothing to do with the hotel itself, for some people this probably would be an advantage. Just needed to explore the surroundings better before going there.

Nice bedrooms, very accommodating staff. Great location in Portimão.

Sometimes an unpleasant odors seemed to come back from the bathroom drains. Also their parking is as narrow as two cars, so cars park behind each other. You have to leave them your keys and so do the other guests so that the cars can be freed as needed.

The breakfast was amazing! Cutely decorated, the owner gave us a room with balcony and mini fridge. Rain shower and towel warmer. Nearby to town but still quiet. Bar and breakfast area very stylish!

Parking was 10 Euros and in a driveway, not covered garage parking like our other hotels in Portugal. Small room, shower leaked onto floor while showering. Not a big deal though as we were only there 1 night.

An amazing place to stay with so many outstanding touches. The decor and cleanliness were the best we’ve seen staying in Portugal. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast was amazing and worth the stay. Great location 300 ft from the beach. Parking onsite. We’d love to have this kind of hotel wherever we stay!
