Everything was great. The room was huge and it was facing the sea. The most amazing thing was the breakfast which was absolutely extraordinary. I went to many hotels all over the world and this one was by far the best: the array of choice was unprecedented and they had several products for coeliac like cereals, break, muffins, biscuits. Highly impressed and well worth the money.

Well, the hotel was not responsible but we were on the first floor and there was loud noise from work done across the street and a very bright notice board that be turned on pretty early.

Perfect location of the hotel and a good breakfast with a varied selection. Comfortable bed and spacious room, however no pots or pans and fridge is a mini bar so not able to buy and store food.

Very expensive parking 20eur/day and also limited spaces which must be booked in advance. We arrived late at night and had to circle for 45 min trying to find a space in Praia da Rocha which is joke in August. For the price we paid for this hotel the parking should be included. Small pool which we already knew but not much sun after 15:30 on the loungers.

Location is great if you want a beach holiday, 2 mins over the road to beach.

We had room 409 which we paid for a side seaview, which we had if you leaned over the balcony to the left, the main view was over to the rooftop of the Jupiter hotel and to the right we were right next to the balcony of which looked like a residential apartment. Pool area is very small and enclosed, overlooked by not so nice buildings and shades over about 5pm and also closes at 6pm. Not a suitable hotel if you don’t like the beach as pool area in general is small. This hotel is noisy it is right at the end of the main strip, which is good if you like to party to 4am.

Great hotel with great location. The breakfast buffet was great and the food was very fresh. Suitable for vegan and vegetarian. The only thing missing were the pastéis de nata (we only had them one day). The room was very big, the beds were comfortable.

The morning of our departure, we had to leave at 5am so we couldn't access to the breakfast buffet. So we asked a few days earlier if we could have breakfast pack. They said yes but the breakfast pack contained ham and cheese sandwich even though we told them we don't eat meat, 2 apples and very industrial orange juices. They didn't offer us any choice so that was a bit disappointed.

Great location and the view is to die for…. staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. Security is great and we felt very safe and secure. check in was smooth and swift. Our room was fine really, almost like mini apartments. A few minor improvements could be made but didn’t really impact our stay.

The pool area is quite small and doesn’t get much Sun however we did not use the pool and the beach is literally a stones throw away. Bathrooms slightly dated and could do we a batter clean but that really is down to personal preference. Breakfast was fine but nothing extra special or out of the ordinary.

Beds were huge and very comfortable. We had a good view of the city from our balcony which was really nice. Room was very spacious. The hotel is on the beach which is perfect and located at the end of the strip so conveninent for shops and restaurants.

TV was very old so only a few channels available in English and no way of connecting to apps or phones to watch anything like Netflix etc. The breakfast had a wide variety of foods but wasn't the highest quality. The coffee is very sweet so we gave this a miss because we couldn't stomach it. The room does come with a kettle but no tea or coffee is provided. Also no bin in the room despite a mini kitchenette! The pool is not heated and barely gets sunlight, so in spring (we went early april) it was barely usable. We did go for a dip to exercise but it's not somewhere you can really have a relaxed experience as you have to do lengths to keep warm.

The extra large bed was extremely comfortable. Our room with side sea view was spacious. The room was super clean. The location was right on praia da Rocha. Lots of nice restaurants near by and the car park was only 6 eur a day. The bathroom and the bath was comfortable spacious and very clean. The breakfast had a lot of options, however of you go a bit later after 9.30 the options get a little smaller. You could be like us and miss out on the pastel de natas. Other than that the breakfast is a great selection something for everyone I would say.

The gym was a little small and the equipment was minimal, also no water in the gym so if you plan to go just a note to bring your own water with you. The pool didn't get much sun and it is quite a small sundeck. Overall was great value for money super clean comfortable and a great location. It would be nice to have the option of Netflix in the rooms. The Aircon at times felt a little warm for us it was fine as the weather in march was not that hot, however in July or August it could be something to look at.

I have stayed here many times since my fists visit in 2016, and it never disappoints. This hotel is consistently good value for money - has THE most comfortable beds of any hotel I’ve stayed at in the area, and the staff is super helpful and attentive. The location is perfect, the breakfast offering superb, and the price very reasonable.

The corridors can be noisy and I was conscious of people coming and going late at night when I had an early flight home. There isn’t much of an atmosphere around the pool and consequently very few people choose to spend much of their day there …which leads to there being a lack of atmosphere (and so on). I understand that with the festival happening they had to insist on wristbands but I wasn’t a fan.

One of the best hotels we ever stayed. We got an upgrade from Side Sea view Suite to Family room. Family room is veeery spacious and comfortable with kids. The hotel is stylish, they do pay attention to details (decorations). Staff is friendly and helpful. Housekeeping cleaned our room when it was suitable for us. I received a small compliment for my birthday which was very nice. In front of the hotel there is a huge, very beautiful sandy beach. The road to the beach is suitable for strollers (not only stairs). Dinners are very tasty, the person at the Grill section is very friendly. We will come back ❤️

1) Price for the dinner is a bit high, in my opinion, especially for kids. Next time we will probably not take Half-Board and will pay for few dinners separately. 2) Big cups for coffee can be probably placed close to coffee machines for breakfast;)

The best were location and the view for the ocean. The apartament was spacious and comfortable, at the same time it was cosy, thanks to lights and big couch. A very restfull bed with pillows in every size and soft linen. The balcony was great - big, with comfortable fernitures. Breakfasts were amazing - quite various and tasty. The staff was very professional and helpful (with booking atractions, guiding to places and so on). It was after the tourist season and the hotel was quite empty and silent, perfect.

There was no corkscrew in the room. The only option to open a wine was to go to the kitchen with the bottle, quite inconvenient. I don't know why the staff didn't want to bring a corkscrew to the room. Also we had a problem with transport to the train station. We asked a receptionist to order a taxi to the train station, but they ordered a transport to the bus station. We almost missed our train to the airport. It was a very early morning, so the mistake is a little understandable, but still it was a crucial thing.
