Clean renovated property, super nice garden, very pleasant vibe!

I came a bit earlier than check in time, and had to wait outside. No option to enter the property and leave luggage before check in time

The room was comfortable and had a good size. The staff was super friendly! The bathroom was a good size and the shower water had great pressure. The AC worked perfectly which was great for the really hot days.

Wi-fi really didn't work well for our work meetings. We had to use data. It would be nice to have 2 keys because you need the key to unlock the hotel entrance door, so if one of us left, we had to ask for the other to open the door. And since there wasn't someone at the reception all the time, that happened quite a few times. The shower doors didn't close so the water would leak. We had two rooms and, on the first one, the bathroom was perfect though! It was just this second one.

The location is great; close to bus stops and metro. It's a 25 min ride from the airport by bus but can also be reached by metro. The cleanliness exceeded our expectations. Everything was spot on. Our room was quite small but we didn't need more. We didn't have breakfast there but there were plenty of options and everything seemed fresh.

There wasn't anything we disliked. There were some roadworks on the main street but it didn't affect us as our room was at the back, facing the rear garden.

Modern, clean & comfortable. I booked last minute while I was staying in another part of Portugal & due to that got the last room. It was right next to reception as you entered the building from street level. Wasn't sure about it when first arrived but it was great as small hotel & nice & quite. Location was great to walk to Douro river & there was also a metro station within a few minutes wall to beach or anywhere else in Porto. Must add that the guy on reception was excellent.

There wasn't anything I didn't like but I must admit it wasn't what I expected when I arrived

Basically the room that I got after booking on booking.com was a ground floor, very hot and noisy (building work next door) . Not happy especially as they offered "free room upgrade". So I paid an extra 10 euro cash to get a front facing first floor room which was of a high quality, cool and faced onto the music centre pictured. No problems at all with this room , it was quality and tastefully decorated. My gradings refer to the room I paid extra to get.

The fact that the "upgrade" offered was essentially a back facing room, hot and stuffy. Clearly not an upgrade as I had to pay an additional 10 euro to get a room that was acceptable to me. Make of that what you will.

Nice renovated building in a good location. Comfortable suite and they also offer a great breakfast buffet.

There were construction works going on in front making access to the building confusing and uneasy. Reception was not always guarded so you might have to wait until someone comes to let you in, at least until you get your key.

Not a major spoiler but the Wash Hand Basin in our room was a slow drainer & the plug wouldn't lock down, we coped. Also being a Room at the Front with a window direct;ly onto the street there was some noise issued on a couple of nights/early mornings. Not enough to detract from the overall feel of the stay. Breakfast was enjoyable in terms of the options on offer. at times the small area could become crowded if too may guests arrived at the same time. However a little patience eased the situation.

Simple modern design. Clean room and bathroom, also whole hotel's space was clean, including stepstairs and terrace. The staff is helpfull amazingly . The location was just what I was looking for. The hotel is very close to public transport( just few meters from different buses, but a bit far from metro, as 600 meter or more). There are few shopping centers nearby. Lidl supermarket and few cafe are very close. Water pressure in shower was perfect.

I didn't find anything.

The place is lovely! Comfortable bed, had a beautiful terrace in our room. The staff was very helpful. They also have a nearby access to the parking for an additional price which was great for us.

Currently. there's construction happening right next door - a whole new house is being built... This means a ton of noise from 7.30 am and a dirty patio. Might not mean much if you're on a busy tourist schedule but if you're there to chill, it might not work at the moment...

The hotel is located near the metro so convenient for the city and the airport. It was quiet, clean and comfortable with a good breakfast.

Sometimes difficult to find the staff. Initial access out of hours despite warning them of our arrival time, was difficult, especially as the message on the door bell was only in Portuguese.
