I lived in Porto for 1 year and I chose this hotel because it’s besides Mercado Bom Sucesso which offers many food options for food and drinks. You should have breakfast there and not at the hotel! It is about 25 min walk from the old center or a few metro stops. Also there are many buses that go straight to the center or ribeira. Price a bit expensive though for short bus ride. The hotel offers Parking for 12 Euros per night in their own parking underground. The room was comfortable and staff was helpful. We have not tried the bar nor breakfast.

Very strong cigarette smoke smell in the lobby. I am allergic to it so therefore the complain. People smoke outside but very close to the door and the door stays open. I think they should go further away to smoke. You could hear people in the other rooms sometimes, but nothing too bothering.

The staff at check in and departure were friendly. The hotel rooms were very clean and were cleaned so well every day. The room was quite although its a huge hotel. The location is safe and quite. For a family with children it suited us as it was away from all the tourists and noise! We used the metro and buses to get around.

Our only disappointment was no breakfast. It wasn't a low cost hotel so we had hoped breakfast was included. The price per person seemed expensive to us. We had breakfast at local cafes every morning.

Friendly staff and very accomodating. Great breakfast spread and the room was cleaned when required. We asked to change rooms to a higher floor after the first night as it was too noisy being closer to the street. They moved us without hesitation which was fab! The indoor foodhall across the street as well as the supermarket are handy to have close by too!

A little far out from the centre but Ubers/taxis were cheap enough if we didn't fancy the walk. I'd say it's about 25 minutes walk if you choose to do it.

A big hotel with comfortable and cleaned rooms, the bathroom as the bidet. A good and international breakfast, I appreciated so much Pastel de nata. Good price. Not in the center town but well served by public transport and taxi too. Close there in the Mercado Bom Sucesso. If I will come back into Oporto, I will return in this hotel. Great location in a quiet area of Porto but very easy to get in to town by foot. The staff were super friendly, allowing us to check in early and check out much later for a small fee. The room was very comfortable and the bed was wonderful. All in all a very pleasant stay for the night.

My wife has worked in hotels and noticed the cleaning could have been a little bit more thorough (mainly corners and the borders of the carpets in the hallway). I didn't notice but she is much more observant than me. Nothing major though. If you are a light sleeper you may need ear plugs as you can hear a bit of what's going on in the other rooms. But an ant could wake me up I'm such a light sleeper. My wife slept great and had no trouble. I'm just mentioning just in case you are like me.

Breakfast buffet is amazing. My incredibly picky husband loooooooved it and the pancake machine is the best thing. We got a balcony in our room which we did not ask for but that was amazing. Bed was gigantic and the TV was as big as the one we have at home. Bathroom was amazing and spotless. Staff was great.

The car park is a bit small for such a big hotel but you can park in the sister hotel next door is the one for TUELA is full. Just tell them you are staying at TUELA and pay when you leave. Also having to check the car out at reception every time you leave is not the best but it is not the end of the world.

breakfast was really nice. Nice selection and plenty of tables. waiters were great at keeping tables clean. staff at the front desk was super friendly and helpful.

The parking garage was so tight and it was such a hassle getting out of the garage. we were supposed to hit a button and have reception open the door, but it didn't work out much of the time and we waited a long time each time. Exit should be by sensor. Beds weren't super comfortable.

The front of house staff were great and lent me an adaptor after I realised I had forgotten mine. The location was good - a nice 15 min walk to the centre. The rooms were clean and really comfortable with a complimentary bottle of water.

The only thing I didn't like was the atmosphere of the bar - the staff didn't really speak/make you feel welcome which was a shame.

We was in this hotel for three nights. Everything was super -the room was so clean, the bad was so comfortable - very nice to sleep there! The breakfast was amazing- very delicious and nice quality! Near to the city center- if you want you can walk for 15 minutes will be in the center. Many shops around the hotel. Near to the metro station. Good connection with the airport

Location excellent - easy walk to metro and city centre, right next to shopping centre with supermarket and an incredible food market, hotel staff were lovely, room was big, beds were SO comfortable!

Thin walls, could hear the neighbors and cleaners quite loudly, bath didn't drain well.
