The staff, location, room and hotel itself were very nice.
The only thing that I was quite surprised was breakfast. Just bread, ham, cheese and fruits. No eggs, nothing warm. A little bit strange

4pm check in is too late...it would be something that would prevent me from booking in the future or recommend because of that! Weary travelers do not want to to wait so long.

Central location. Nice old building - tastefully renovated. Clean and comfortable. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
No dinner - bar snacks only. Nice breakfast room. Given room 001 on check in but not given directions - no signs for directions. Found it in the basement. Well appointed room.

Location was perfect. Our room, at the back of the hotel looking over the gardens, was in a lovely position. The breakfast room and gardens are lovely. Architecturally and decoratively, the hotel was beautiful to stay in.
The storage in the room was a bit limited.
