Well designed, large and stylish rooms. Excellent bed and shower. Nice touches to make you feel welcome. Having the historic tram start from outside is super convenient. Good food at the restaurant underneath and many other options nearby. Nice find for exploring Porto, and also right at the beach too.

The rooms to the rear are accessed externally by a 100m deviation which is tricky by car and uphill on foot. Shame they dont allow you to exit directly through the restaurant.

One of the most beautiful rooms I have ever booked, so nice people, a perfect place. By the way, the first time that the pictures of the room were far less impressive than the room and the terrace itself.

Some little improvements are possible, dishes or coffee refilled without asking for, air condition sensors still not without failure (but always to be solved by workaround), but no reason to complain overall as the team was always available and of help.

Breakfast is an additional extra.. wonderful fresh bread, fruit/granola, bacon/eggs a great start to the day couldn’t finish it . Staff exceptional their WhatsApp group made it so easy to communicate with them re taxi, dinner reservations etc. Room beautifully appointed from decor to bed linen, towels etc

As the accommodation is quite small one has to go through restaurant to access some of the rooms. This wasn’t s problem for us but maybe needs to be pointed out.

Exceptional boutique hotel in a wonderful location, right across from the beach. Bed was so comfortable & our suite was extremely clean. Staff were extremely helpful, very friendly & offered great advice re. things to do in Porto. The tram stops directly outside the hotel & takes you straight into Porto’s city centre & it takes about 10 minutes. Loved the hotel’s signature scent too. Can’t wait to visit here again.

We had breakfast one morning (at no cost) and it was excellent. The staff were exceptional (Suellen and Mayara at reception and Beatrice and Phillip in the dining room). The room was one of the best we have ever stayed in it had a huge balcony with a panoramic view of the Atlantic. The decor throughout the hotel is wonderful.

A fridge in the bedroom would be a welcome addition.

Breakfast is very expensive but extreme good Quality. The owner gave us an upgrade room room, for a small really small fee. And the room and its view is just awesome! So we just can say a great Thanks for this offer, we enjoyed every second. The staff was excellent, they all take care of each visitor to feel happy and comfotrtable. Really brilliant Staff and brilliant lovation.

Everything was perfect starting from wonderful room decoration and size through helpful and smiling staff to location nearby the park and exactly at the last stop of tram 1 and tram 18 taking you directly to the heart of the city of Porto

Too short stay Well breakfast was rich but ... everyday the same.

Staff were excellent and so helpful during my stay. They communicated very well before, during and even after my trip to the Porto. The breakfast was amazing and arrived to my table within 1 minute as the staff had asked what my arrival time to the restaurant would be - a really nice touch that I really appreciated.

I have no negative feedback (other than my trip being too short) :-)

The property was gorgeous building, with very cool interiors which we loved. The room itself was very comfortable and luxurious.

The only thing I can think of was not enough light to do my makeup in the bathroom. If there was another mirror on the dressing area with a light, that would have made it even better.
