While I did encounter a reservation issue during my stay, which was frustrating, I want to give the management and reception staff 5 stars. They went above and beyond to resolve the situation. They were incredibly friendly and professional, making sure we felt comfortable and welcome throughout the entire process. The staff's dedication and friendliness is truly the hotel's biggest asset.

- Steam room and Jacuzzi not working - This was disappointing. - Please consider putting a note outside when there are swimming lessons ongoing. This would help to avoid awkwardness for both the students and guests.

Love the villa, massive rooms, great kitchen and really comfortable beds. Very clean and great maid service. Lovely modern shower. Nice view from patio area. We ate at the sports bar 2 nights and the food was excellent, really friendly and efficient staff too.

The layout of the bathroom was a bit tricky as you had to shut the door to get to the toilet behind it, not good for mobility issues. The garden table and chairs was a bit tired and could do with an up grade. We were fortunate that it was quiet but quite close together if you had neighbours.

I had been asked to change my accommodation the week before to a location accross the road and I was assured it was very nice so I agreed. . However when I saw it I was not happy to stay there as it was dark and dull . It was more like a building site. I relayed this to the staff in Browns and I was very impressed with how they accommodated me and managed to allow me stay in the original accommodation I had booked. The manager was especially helpful and understanding and I appreciated it very much. . I love the the friendliness of all the staff and the fitness classes are brilliant. This is my 4th time here. A perfect place to go on your own. Love it!

I liked it all - this is why I keep going back! Maybe the bar menu could be a little more varied .

Lovely staff, plenty of facilities and the accommodation was very comfortable and clean. The restaurant was also very nice with plenty of choices on the menu. This place is great for active people as there is plenty of sporting activities on site and a fully equipped gym and sauna.

We had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi in the apartment and when we did, connection wasn't terribly fast. However this would not prevent us from coming back.

The facilties are excellent for families, indoor and outdoor pools, gym, tennis and padel courts. Villas are large and clean.

Only one complaint the remote controls for the car park gate were not very good, took many attempts to get gate open. Tried 3 different remotes.

Staff were great. Appartment was brilliant. Facilities gym and indoor pool good. Supermarket nearby. Food was excellent.

Outdoor pool could do with a little tlc. Started off the week with gluten free toast at breakfast, but last few days didn't have any.

Lovely resort, perfect location 5 mins from golf courses and not far from the marina and restaurants. Staff very helpful with drinks/ food and sorting out taxis for us. Very secure resort hosting quite a lot top sporting teams over the years.

Loved the sports facilities, the swimming pool is super nice and the restaurant was a very pleasant surprise. All staff of the restaurant was amazing.

Staff needs training urgently. At check in she didn't know how much breakfast was, for example, but was super nice. At check out the gentleman said negative things about his colleague and insisted booking.com gives the invoice (which is not correct) and after I insisted he finally gave it to me. Very rude and shouldn't work in a customer facing job.

Everything in rooms was ideal for families. It was beautiful the villa and spotless clean.The location made it a problem as hadn't got a car so needed a taxi everytime we had to go somewhere as local bus hadn't got times spent alot on taxis There isn't anything around so it is very peaceful in night

Location as nothing in walking distance would of needing more facilties like a bike hire or bus service

The house was great. Air conditioning in every room. Spacious. Super clean. Well equiped. Amazing garden. Superb sports centre. Very nice bar. Great pool outdoor and indoor

Some of the windows locks were not working properly.
