Ibis Madrid Alcorcon Tresaguas

Excellent for our city visit. Exactly as advertised and the free secure parking saved us some money. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a standard Ibis unit so all good. We had a good time. If you use the metro walk to Joaquín Vilumbrales not Parque Lisboa.. it's the same distance and will save you money....

I would have to say that I spent quite some time checking for hotels in the Madrid area when planning my visit and during this time as a first time traveller here I spent quite some time to read the reviews. The first thing to understand is that this is a place which is a hidden gem, a real treasure for a lot of reasons. The first thing is the location, it is located in Alcorcon which makes it sound bad but when you find out that it has bus stop right at the hotel door and you can take several lines and a metro to go anywhere you like. Let's give one simple example, you are just one bus away, yes just one bus away straight away from the hotel to Principe Pio where you can go out and take metro right away. Even there the Real Palace or Temple of Debod are just a few minutes walk, together with many other popular attractions. You also have a major shopping center a few minutes on foot, you can buy all the gifts you want. What is more surprising is how different the hotel is the reviews which must be outdated. My room actually has a newer modern TV, the sheets, bathrooms and everything are super clean and changed every single day. The cleaning stuff is present all over the hotel all day. The staff is excellent, they all speak English insanely good, and most of the time you will see some really sweet girls at the counter, available to help you with directions, printing and everything else. In particular in staff, remember Jesus because he really loves his job and admires his shift, he also does make an excellent caffe!! With this I say most bad things are not existing, the staff really likes their job, and maybe those bad experiences were perhaps misunderstandings. As for the smell of smoking I would say that the hotel is super clean, and for those having experience different, I would say it must be some isolated case, perhaps some previous inresponsible client.

Simple and clean. We stayed as we were driving past Madrid and couldn’t drive into Madrid due to the congestion permit required. Was a great base. Close to a shopping Center with restaurants and a supermarket. Was able to leave luggage and our car. Breakfast was €8 but we didn’t partake so can’t comment on the quality

Air in the room wasn’t very effective and on the highest setting was very noisy.

Clean rooms, Ibis minimalistic style as expected

Carpet floor not really best for allergic people. Proximity to nearest metro 1,6km, quite far away for daily visits to Madrid. We used rental car to see Toledo, Segovia... For Madrid is best to use Metro (Combined ticket needed as Alcorcon is in B1 zone)

Nice localization 10 min from the railway station, 30 min from atocha station in center of madrid. You have a lot of supermarkets in a walking distance. The hotel facilities are basic but good considering the cost of it. Nice breakfast.

Some guests made a lot of noise... but i think that could happen in any hotel

It's cheap and you get what you pay for. Good value for money. No extra frills. Room is comfortable, all works as expected. Didn't hear any neighbors.

Breakfast a bit underwhelming in terms of choice. Unclear parking situation, in the end I didn't ask and ended up street parking. No bar or restaurant outside breakfast hour.

Simple breakfast, but sufficient for a snack and a deal for the price. The bed was comfortable and the mattress seemed fairly new - no soft spots of anything of the sort. The staff was very courteous. Food ordered outside of breakfast was well made and worth the price.

The bathroom was only adequate, the shower box didn't isolate the water very well so it leaked a bit through the bathroom floor. The shower also fluctuated between very hot and lukewarm, so it was a trial-and-error to get a good temperature.

Very good breakfast. Wide choice of fresh fruits and meats. The room is nice and clean with everything needed for a good rest. Quiet neighborhood.

The bath cabin was a little broken and water was leaking. But it was a minor issue and didn't impact us much.

The beds were very comfortable. Nice and cool temperature in the room, great large shower. Basic decor but it didn’t detract from our stay. The staff were friendly, the breakfasts super. Ten minutes from the Train station to get into Madrid.

Nothing really, it was a typical Ibis stay, clean, comfortable, great free parking and reasonably priced, just what one needs in a hotel.

First of all, price / quality. Good location, near a big shopping center. staff was very helpful with everything. I will definitely come back. The front desk attendant was exceptional with everything I needed. thank you Patricia!
