The room was super clean. The heater worked fabulously! The bathroom was well stocked. Breakfast was a treat! It was very tasty an we enjoyed the company! It was interesting to see the pool and jacuzzi being used when we arrived, although it was far too cold for us to even think about putting on bathing suits! It snowed earlier that day!

I didn't like that my husband snored so loud because he was so tired. But it was great that they provided ear plugs! Now who would have thought of that? A really thoughtful Best Western, that's who!

Decent hotel, decent location, decent breakfast. Nothing is brilliant, but everything is very decent. There is a "laundry room" we used and were grateful for. You have to pay, but it's acceptable. The pool was also quite handy. It's not a great pool, not a big pool, but it's a pool. You can dive in it and it was good to enjoy it early evening.

Not much to point out

-The staff were extremely helpful and clear, I don't know the young man's name but honestly he needs a pay raise! -The rooms and bathrooms were immaculate -The breakfast was really good, alot of different choices -They had laundry, which really helped us on our road trip(costs $5 for detergent/wash/dry) -They had a pool and hotub, if we had stayed longer we would of most likely used both!

-The water pressure could have been higher -No way to get quarters onsite for laundry

Great room, very friendly staff, lovely free breakfast. Due to hurricane Death Valley was closed so we needed to find somewhere on our travels. This was a great find. Also got some washing done as great laundry. Would recommend it.

Nothing really.

Excellent friendly staff in a clean and comfortable facility. Has working laundry facilities and a good pool/gym area. Rooms were very clean and well maintained with comfortable beds.

No major negatives, road noise was a bit high but at the price point very good value.

Check-in guy was really friendly, check-in and out was seamless. Room was really big and good water pressure for the shower, clean and well-maintained room. Very good location! Decent breakfast spread.

The room could have a little more sound proofed against the traffic sounds, but i like a little hum when I sleep so I'm fine with that, my brother on the other hand needed total silence so he was not as comfortable. But the hotel does provide earplugs! So I guessed they've gotten such feedback before.

We loved that they were able to check us in early. Bed was clean and comfy. Rifregerator and microwave was a plus. Pool and Jacuzzi was nice to do a little unwind and breakfast was a nice way to end our stay.

My room key didnt work at some point so we had to go downstairs and get new ones.

Clean, organized, nice bed, comfy and cozy rooms.

One of the outlets in my room was broken and there were no other outlets closer to the bed. Nightstand lamps have a USB port and can be used to charge devices, so long they are USB compatible (no Apple unfortunately). Aside from that, everything else was amazing.

After a long day of driving, it was great to be welcomed so warmly by Cheyenne. There was an equally warm thank you from the staff when we left, and the breakfast hostess got us off to a great start the next morning. The fitness room is very nice. A real bonus for me!

We had a street-side room, so there was a bit of traffic noise.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Check in was easy and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was uncommonly delicious and really stood out! The stay exceeded my expectations. Kudos to one of the breakfast staff, Kammi I believe, who tended the breakfast room and enthusiastically greeted all the guests.
