The room nice and comfortable, The location nice, but the pool not. When I made my reservation, I call the office ask if their pool will be available, I was told it will be. The day of my arrive I check the pool it was trash with leaves and other stuff. I ask when it will be clean out, I was told soon. I check it wasn't. The next day I went to the desk told them the pool not clean they told me the guys about to clean it. I wait about an hour nothing happens, I got a text from the desk and was told that the hotel behind them Best Westen was a part of them and I can go swimming in the pool there, I text back to them and stated I paid my money here at this hotel and I should not have to go to another hotel to get in their pool. Minutes later the desk text me saying that they is cleaning the pool right now I told them no they are not because I'm looking out the window and no one out there about ten minutes later they all were out there cleaning it.

That the pool wasn't clean. I feel that pool should always clean for the use of their costumers

Breakfast was good. Liked the varieties. Great location. Check was quick. I reached before PM. I contacted the hotel and requested early check in and my room was ready when I got there. Had a good view. Have stayed there twice before this and will definitely stay there again if I am in the area.

The fact that I didn't book a longer stay.🙂

I arrived at a room (double queen) where light bulbs were burned, the AC was not working and the room was smelly (bleach odor). I presented my complaints to the Front Office who kindly rearrange me to a new room with an upgrade (king size bed) and AC working. It worth noting that before I get in the new room the front desk guy allow me to check it if everything was in order.

Due to it is a very friendly hotel, some locals show up at the breakfast. You cannot control the entry of locals to the facilities (breakfast time, swimming pool, get some coffee during the day).

The staff was polite and courteous. The breakfast was very good with a selection of items I could eat within my medically restricted diet. The room was always clean when we returned from our daily excursion.

The driveway to the hotel is difficult to find. There needs to be a sign on International Drive with an arrow pointing to the alley as the entrance. We arrived after dark due to traffic issues and had a hard time finding the hotel.

parking. several night clubs right by the motel which meant everyone that was going to night club was parked in motel parking lot I circled around for 10 minutes trying to find somewhere to park. finally went insid after parking in the load unload zone and ask where I was supposed to park . I drive a big truck and the manger moved his car for me to park in a compact spot below is a picture of my gray truck all in the hedge and crammed next to another big truck

The location was very convenient and overall the place was clean with good service. I never felt unsafe or uncomfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

The hotel is tucked back behind other businesses and was a little hard to find. The shower didn't heat up very well and was only lukewarm most of the time.

The staff is amazing. Very different than other places in the US.

It was very close to everything we wanted to do.

Our room was 60 degrees when we arrived. The heat didn’t work to get it to a warmer temperature. Maintenance didn’t come til the next day so we were cold that nite. Staff did give extra blankets but it was still cold for my mom and grandsons. Room phone was broke.

Great Location and access to a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance.

I had to asked more than once for wash clothes. The bathtub water would not stop running. The rooms need renovation. There was one roach constantly crawling around the microwave area.

Location and service was great

When we were first checking in the agent did not show that we were valued especially when I ask to read the document I was signing. I ask if I was going to get a copy he said no but I should step aside to read it because someone else behind me to check in... I believe I should matter at that time or make a copy for me but other than that we had a great time.
