Everything! So clean, large rooms, daily maid service, free breakfast, free dinner, free drinks, location, shuttle service, little store you can purchase things, kitchen you can order additional food, pool and hot tub was very clean. Still a little chilly but good once the full sun hits it. 7/11 next door if you need anything additional. 15 minute Uber $7 to universal, convention center. 25 minute $10 Uber to Disney springs. $19 25 minutes Uber to mco airport. If I could pick this hotel up and take it on every vacation I would. Perfect.

I did get a 2am wake up call that wasn’t cancelled from last person who stayed but not a big deal.

This Drury has everything! It is clean, comfortable, and all of the staff are super friendly! Vicky greeted me every morning at breakfast. She is a ray of sunshine! And if that isn’t enough, there is a wonderful breakfast, as well as food and drinks provided at dinner time. They don’t call it dinner, but it was plenty for me each night. This is my “go-to” hotel any time I am in Orlando.

There is nothing not to like about this hotel.

Great location, next to I-4, Universal Studios and International Dr, but quiet, comfortable, daily cleaning, good breakfast (for US). 7-11, tank station, and Whole Foods within 5 minutes walk.

Free dinner buffet was atrocious, reminded me of a school canteen (or perhaps army or jail food ;-), but hey, it was free. Fortunately, Whole Foods with a hot and salad bar was across the road, and lots of restaurants nearby. There was water dripping slowly under the sink, but it didn’t bother us, so we only reported it during checkout.

The open buffet breakfast was varied and sufficient. In the evening between 17:30 - 19:00, there was a snack time consisting of various open buffet food and it was quite filling, so it was like dinner for us. The hotel was in a very central location and was very close to outlets and attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World. Parking was free. There was a plaza right next to the hotel with various shops such as Ross, Wendy's and farmer markets. The staff was very helpful and kind. Our room was big enough for our family of 4. In addition, our room was cleaned every day without exception, and our towels were changed every day. Since we stayed for a long time like 10 days, we also used the hotel's laundry and were pleased with it, too. This hotel was also a business partner of Universal Studios; therefore, it was possible to buy tickets for Universal Studios parks at a reasonable price. In short, we were very pleased. If I go to Orlando again, I will not look at any other hotel, I will choose Drury Inn without a second thought.

ICONIC 🔥. The service , the rooms , the location , the convenience, the hospitality is top notch. Huge thanks to Kyle at the front desk and Colton and his team were extremely wonderful in assisting and making sure we having a good time and also enjoying our meals every morning and afternoon for breakfast and kickback . breakfast and kickback in the evening which is super amazing , and gives this hotel an edge over all hotels in the area . Room are super clean with everything you need , also gets serviced every day during your stay . The reception area and he restaurant are Super lively even after 10 pm until midnight . Shuttle to universal which is just 5 min away from the hotel . Will be coming back next time around in Orlando for sure .

No cons , just to keep in mind there isn’t a shuttle to Disney parks . But there is to universal though.

Location, the staff were very nice and the perks of a free breakfast and evening drinks and food. It was easy to get to the highway for our return trip and also had many restaurants in the area. We will be back next year for the same event and will be booking there

Very warm and welcoming !! Staff was very friendly and helpful!! I have been to many Drury hotels and others as well and I was so impressed with this location. I would say they really went above and beyond however it felt like this is their normal way of doing things and that’s saying a lot. Compared to other hotels this one was top notch and for me to say that is saying a lot cause I never take the time to write about a hotel stay cause I’m never impressed and most times if Like my mom back in the day would say if ya don’t have nothing good to say don’t say nothing at all! With that being said awesome job to all of you!!!! This is why The Drury will always be my choice in hotels!!!

I only wish it was more variety of breakfast and dinner options rather than same three choices in rotation for dinner and everyday same thing for breakfast.

Staff was fantastic, very friendly and accommodating. Free breakfast and dinner is nice, a long with free drinks. Location is ideal for anything revolving around Universal.

The breakfast and dinner were good, however, very repetitive. If we're staying for 3/4 days or nights, we don't want to eat the exact same thing every day.

Drury hotels would always be my preference , can be pricey but are consistently very good in terms of facilities staffing and accommodations . I would recommend them to anyone . We were greeted at check in by Andrew a very warm welcome friendly and efficient and informative of the options at this hotel a very good first impression , the hotel is quite a size but the 3 elevators keep guests moving even at peak times , the hotel is very well cared for the staff to a last always greet you with a smile and quick chat , and as have always believed no matter how good a hotel is , the staff are the key . Drury's retain their free breakfast which is always filling hot and cold items to be had , free pop corn and soft drinks in the evening and of course their evening free meal , which can save a ton of money given restaurant prices and you don't have to leave the building , given its proximity to Universal and the other theme parks its a sure hit with families the higher price is off set by free meals . The rooms are well appointed and the beds comfortable everything feels solid and secure , we did have an issue with the hot water and twice the duty engineer responded within minutes to our service call , in the end we were offered a room change and up graded to a suite which was really nice a separate sitting area with tv writing desk etc , and a door to close to the bed area perfect for an insomniac like myself . I would recommend any Drury hotel and this is no exception . Again I would commend Andrew for his no nonsense style and great customer service . Ample parking in a well lit lot , swimming pool . hot tub guest laundry {$} the only missing item would be an in room safe , the rooms were spotless and housekeeping do a great job ..

Issue with hot water , resolved quickly great response to problem . At time of writing Jan 25 , there are extensive road works on Sand Lake and the intersection there is quite grim not the hotels fault but it makes a trip out more daunting all the more reason to stay in to eat , beat the traffic and the hefty price tags .

Staff were all friendly and competent. Room was comfortable. The chair and armchair were very comfortable. Shower pressure was very good. Near Whole Foods grocery store which is open until 10 pm. Exceptionally quiet although it is next to a very busy road. I had a room on the road side and couldn’t hear any road noise. Had guest laundry which is 24 hrs. There is free popcorn at night. The hot dog / nachos etc that were free at night were great when you didn’t want to go out to dinner

As a non American, the breakfast was lacking in protein choices or fibre ie brown bread.I ended up only eating hotel breakfast 2 out of 7 days. It was adequate but not what I am used to or wanted.
