Best Western Plus Bolivar Hotel & Suites

The location was excellent. The beds were fairly comfortable. We would have appreciated a thicker blanket. If we turned the air conditioner to a higher temperature at night it was too hot. If we turned it a little lower it was too cold. We couldn't seem to find a temperature that was just right. Breakfast was decent, but could be improved.

Better pillows would be great and improved breakfast.

Price, location. Convenient for the occasion. Visiting family for a graduation.

We had traveled all day, got there earlier than expected. We were told it would be $10 an hour for early check-in. Nothing on website mentioned this. I did note that we wanted early check-in, if possible. Very surprised. A Sunday afternoon. Parking lot was not full at all. Desk people were nice about it. We said no, thank you. We didn't let it ruin our stay. We were there for the bed. Left well before check out the next day.

The friendliness of staff

Staff was rarely available and VERY hard to get ahold of, over the phone as well as face to face at the front desk at all hours of day and night we attempted with no luck. As well as rooms needed refills of hygiene products, t.p. soap, kleenex, etc

I must say that this is one of the nicest and cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at. Everything was extremely clean and welcoming. All staff was very friendly. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast was really good. Check in and check out was fast. If you're looking for a hotel in the area don't pass this one up.

Front desk was courteous and helpful. Hotel is beautiful.

The VERY noisy ball team that was there. Awful jumping,stomping and running. Couldn't sleep. But overall everything else was awesome. Also I didn't get the room I booked which was two queen beds and a sofa bed. But our room was nice despite that.

The front desk was so helpful. Our room was clean and looked nice. The bathroom was clean and new. It felt nice to be there. Some hotels give me the creeps, like I don't want to touch anything. This one was the opposite. It felt great!!

The side door we came in would slam everytime someone went in or out. It needs a soft closure.

1. The front desk experience was awesome! I have visited this property at least 4 times over the past year and never received the welcoming and great service as I did this visit. She was happy, welcoming, professional and above all, HELPFUL!! She introduced me to the rewards program which no other staff member did the past year . She was genuinely interested in saving me money and took the time to ask why I was visiting!!! Much appreciated!!! 2. This facility is Convenient and near my daughters college!

My daughter enjoyed swimming in the pool. Our room was nice and clean. The breakfast was wonderful.

The bathroom was challenging to move around in because the door took up most of the space. The water pressure in the shower was not very strong.

The staff is wonderful and perfect location to our teach meet .

Not enough towels provided . There were a lot of people however between the 3 of us we shared 1 towel for 2 nights stay .

Very pleasant room. Lobby is Quite nice with room for our extended family to gather (briefly) as we organized our day's activity. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Our shower head was somewhat clogged or lacked watter pressure.
