The location was good and we ate breakfast elsewhere

I told the front desk that I had already paid for my room through Priceline and they still sent a pending charge to my bank for $140. I went to the front desk to tell them. She said she would write a note for the morning people to take care of it. When I inquired at the desk the next morning the lady didn't know anything about it. She said she would take care of it and I would not be charged again. I received an email saying I had $0 balance and the correct original amount was listed. It is still pending with my bank so I assume the $140 charge will not go through. I just don't understand why the hotel didn't listen to me the first time and why they had no record that I had paid Priceline.

The jacuzzi worked well and was great to have in the room. The bed was clean and comfortable and the rest of the room itself was clean and nice. The room was freezing when we got in so the ac worked amazing. I loved that the check out time was noon. We left at 10 but there wasn't a massive rush to get around and get out. The foyer and outside of the hotel were beautiful and definitely kept up. The staff was nice and efficient.

The room wasn't as clean as it should have been. There was strings of long hair on the toilet and in the sink, plus the mirror was streaky. The room was nice but it was very obvious there wasn't any money put into it. The wallpaper was peeling, the bathroom had chunks of wall missing and there were two different types of tile. Spending $150 a night we felt like it should have a little more put together and definitely cleaner, especially in these Covid times.

Shuttle staff were great! Really informative & friendly. The bedroom was lovely and so clean. Breakfast was nice.

My main issue was that I tried to contact the hotel at least 3 times before our visit. This was to find out how the shuttle worked and if we needed to book from the airport to the hotel before we got there. No response at all. Just put added pressure onto the end of a very long journey!

What I like about the property is the wide range of extra amenities they provide, the pillow top bed is to die for, the courtyard view is peaceful and stunning, the easy and simple check in and check out process, the key card access, as well as the staff has always given direction on the most convenient parking area and closest entrance door, to name a few.

Iv stayed there twice and both stays have been in different king rooms including a whirlpool tub. At each of my stays there have been signs of the room not being thoroughly cleaned, on top of specifically paying extra for the tub feature and each tub has had something wrong with it. The first tub didn’t “whirl” and the second didn’t work at all. I decided against calling the front because I didn’t want the offer of being moved to a different room, if any were available, or disturbed during my relaxing getaway in any way for either stay. I didn’t like knowing each room hadn’t been properly cleaned, plus the extra amenity I seek and pay for weren’t given enough maintenance to operate properly.

We loved the size of the room. Extra points for the microwave and sink being outside the bathroom. The hotel has both a really nice lobby area and a great inner courtyard with a fire place. We also liked how smooth was to use the laundry facilities.

The room: not so well lighten and the shower drain was almost not working at all. Also, the mattress was too soft so it was uncomfortable sleeping. Moreover, there was always a strange smell in the room: maybe the carpets not that clean? Compared to other stays in the US, the staff always looked too busy to answer your questions and never looked at you when offering support. Finally, if you need to walk around, there are no walking streets, so you might end up crossing interstate highways.

location was fine. The breakfast was ok, but I think you should have a complimentary breakfast available. The little bistro was high priced and limited in it's selection.

Just the breakfast! Everything else was fine. The staff was nice and the room was clean. I did not like the fact that the room had no USB ports anywhere.

Our room was great. Very comfortable King Bed; nice hot shower. Would definitely recommend this hotel to travelers.

Was expecting a free breakfast since most all hotels have that now. There is a Bistro, but honestly it's very over priced. For $26.00 we got 2 breakfast burritos and water. Pretty pricey.

This is the best hotel for the airport and price. staff were great.

always seems to be missing the luggage carts. The facility is nicer but is starting to show wear and tear, you can see light through the sides and bottom doors to the rooms letting sound In easy.

Overall, very nice. Updated enough to be homey but not so much that it was too fancy.

You can tell it’s been a while since there have been updates by the amount (and quality) of caulk around the shower, the jacuzzi tub’s jets didn’t work, and the plug wasn’t actually in the bathtub like it should have been, it sat on the side of the tub. Not a lot of lighting over the sink.
