- Location is simply GREAT, in the Strip, by the Paris Hotel and basically in front of the Bellagio Fountain, you can walk basically everywhere from the hotel. - Nice size room, comfortable king bed. Safe in the room. - Great bathroom with separate toilet, shower and tub. Hairdryer provided. - Nice casino. - The view was amazing, but has a black screen that takes away a good amount of the “magic”. - Check in was fast and check out made easily online. - We basically didn’t interact with any employers, but the ones we interacted with, were nice.

- No working fans in the bathroom. - The 24 hours store they have by the lobby doesn’t have any price tags. So if you want to buy something, you need to “guess” the price and wait in line to then discovery the price at time of payment. - After a whole day walking around Vegas, we went back to the room at 6pm hoping to take a shower and go to a show, but no one had cleaned the room. I called them and they informed us they clean the rooms between until 9pm, and for me, this is extremely late. I’ll say that they were very polite and in 5 minutes someone was in my room door with a bunch of clean towels for us. And in the next day, they cleaned in the morning.

location great in middle of the strip. Stayed in a king Room - Large room, great bathroom with big bath and a separate shower and cubicle for toilet. Shopping mall slow with large variety of dining options - we especially liked Ocean One with good meals and drinks and prices.

How to find the reception from the carpark. Quite a distance and signage not easy to understand. fortunately dropped our luggage (and me) at Valet area while partner parked the car and had to find his way back to reception.

Big and confortable rooms. Central location. Quick trip from and to the airport. Just accros the street from the Belaggio.

I booked this hotel 3 months in advance, for a Business convention at a specific date. Then, 1 month before the event, I received a notice from booking.com that my reservation was simply cancelled (without any attempts to contact me) because of issues with my credit card. Whenever there are conventions in VEgas the hotels get pretty expensive, and re-booking the same room gave me double the price I had previously booked. I contacted booking.com, who asked me to contact the hotel, and vice-versa, no one was responsible for that. I assume it is pretty convenient to cancel booking with lower rates when the hotels are crowded. Hard to trust booking.com on the next ones.

Location, accommodation, and different places to eat.

Check in during the 3pm - 4 pm was horrible. No one was available to assist customers at the kiosk. There were only two staff members at the front desk checking in new customers. We waited an hour in line to check into the hotel. I was sympathetic for both of the staff members who were doing their best.

The atmosphere was Great! We ventured out to other buildings but found ourselves just wanting to stay at this Hotel and Casino. Room was spacious and very clean. We only stayed one night but I would definitely stay here again.

Some slight trouble with the check in kiosk but that was quickly handled by an employee. I should have done some more research on where exactly our room was located, we were located right next to the pool which in most cases sounds great, but when the music started blaring and I could feel the bass at 8am I wasn't too happy. I understood though that we are in the city that never sleeps so still not a deal breaker.

It was not the first time that we stayed at Planet Hollywood Hotel. It's still a great place to stay at an economic price in the Las Vegas Strip. There is plenty to do around the area and the facilities are still good. It's staying at the Strip at your doorstep for a very affordable price!

Some of the facilities seem to be a bit old but that does not make the stay any worse. Some update might just be needed. It was also a bit awkward to bring our luggage through the mall from the parking building to the hotel but if you travel light it's not an issue.
