We liked the couch and pull out bed, and that the toilet closet was separate from the shower closet. We liked the pool and gym accessibility, we had breakfast every morning, we had a few drinks at the bar, and enjoyed lunch in the restaurant. We used the monorail across the street to take us around the city.

Nothing to complain about. We don't have anything bad to say about the hotel stay. All the staff was very helpful and nice. The breakfast options were excellent.

This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel. It is my best choice of stay when I visit Las Vegas. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Beds are comfortable. Hot breakfast included, affordable prices and NO resort fee. Hotel guest are quiet and family friendly. One mile away from the strip. Walking distance to attractions if you enjoy walking. Monorail station directly across the street at the Westgate hotel that takes you straight to the strip with many stops along the way. Views are amazing when you stay in a room on a higher floor. Staff have always been nice and helpful. Check in/out is very easy.

This is the first time I've written a dislike. The sink in the toilet room kept clogging up. Slow draining. I noticed all the elevators kept passing my floor when the button was pushed to go down. Had to wait until one finally stopped. I rebooked a room for my extended stay, the next day my keys wouldn't work in the elevator and I had to have the desk person reset the access. There should be a change machine for laundry usage. It was very inconvenient to go to the 24th floor then having to go to the front desk hoping they would have change.

The rooms is very comfortable, the breakfast was great (super complete), the staff was super friendly, very clean, everything was pretty great.

The only thing that wasn't amazing, was that the hotel is in the street behind the strip. So, if you wanted to go out, even to eat, it was at least a mile walk or you would have to take an Uber/Lyft. We walked most of the times, but late at night the street gets a bit scary or during the day the heat got unbearable so we used a rideshare app. Which weren't that expensive anyway, but we do like to walk.

Just off the strip. It's about a 30/40 minute walk to Caesars Palace or $9 in an Uber. There are no extra resort fees and a complimentary breakfast which you don't get in many places in Las Vegas. The breakfast is good with hot choices and cereals, fruit, bagels, bread (to toast), muffins, yoghurts plus selection of teas, coffee and juice. Large suite for 3 of us, very comfortable There is a cafe in reception where you can buy food and drink plus there are also vending machines too

Hotel was luxurious and clean, breakfast was super awesome - lots of options, location is prime - near to the strip, good parking facility, overall a great experience. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again.

Staff can be a bit more friendly and less rude. When I forgot my keys in the room and asked for a duplicate key card, staff was not very receptive and asked me not to repeat this again, who would intentionally lock themselves out ?

Excellent hotel, with monorail nearby and the city center not too far away. Good wifi. We also enjoyed pool on the roof. Good standard of rooms, clean and comfortable. Nice views from the rooms and the top. Would come again.

Parking is 19 USD / night. Breakfast selection is good, however from such a hotel you wouldn't mind to have an even better selection.

Where do I begin? I loved everything about my stay. My flight landed earlier then expected and for a very affordable fee, I was able to check in way before my scheduled time with no issue. Room was super clean and room. I love that the shower and the toilet area was separated with individual doors. I love that the couch area was so nice and comfy, the swivel tv stand was a definite nice touch. The rooftop pool was freaking A-MAZ-ING and the view of the city at night was breathtaking. The gym was so clean every time I went up for a work out. The bartender and her hospitality the evening of my bday 8/17 made my night in great! SpringHills definitely made my first trip to Vegas and 32nd bday memorable!

The construction around the outside of the building which has no reflection on how amazing my stay was either way!

Reliable, comfortable and clean Gym, guest laundry and pool are pretty decent Its a good choice if you’d like to stay in a place where you can trust the installations.

breakfeast is very poor- lots of crappy american/mexican food, lacks healthier options like brown bread, cheese, omeletes… but if you like american/mexican fat food such as waffles and burritos you’ll be happy Consider the distance from the strip…. It is far from the strip and althought you can take the bus or the monorail I think it is weird to use public transportation in Vegas, not many people uses it and I felt unsafe in some situations. If you have a car or if you use uber you’ll be good.
