1. Offering breakfast with a reasonably diverse food selection. 2. Staff were friendly & pleasant without exception. 3. Room was clean & comfortable. 4. No resort fee.

1. Breakfast was VERY crowded & occasional lines even to enter the dining room - necessitated looking to other dining options. 2. Pool water suspiciously cloudy & water level lower than ideal. 3. The charge for parking offset benefit of not having a resort fee. 4. No noticeable HHonors membership recognition or benefit.

I LOVED how clean it was! Everywhere we went, it smelled good! The staff was super friendly and always willing to help! The beds didn't smell like b.o. like some places, the bathroom didn't have any missed spots where the housekeeping employees skipped over. It was really great! Overall, it was a great stay! We were no more than 10 minutes to anywhere downtown, parking was easy to access, the pool and hot tub area were really clean and well kept. This has been my favorite place to stay in Vegas so far. I won't be staying anywhere else from here on out.

The pull out bed mattress was pretty worn down. I don't imagine too many people use it, but my boys struggled a little with how uncomfortable it was. The carpets could probably use shampooing, too. Seems like in the highly trafficked areas, the carpet was a little darker

Staff was very pleasant. Room had good view. Pool was nice. Hot tub was the right temp. Noon checkout was good, not too early. Breakfast was good. Liked the yogurt and fruit option. Room service was prompt.

Room service delivered six orders with one ranch cup, and one ketchup packet. ... not each, total. Four of the orders had frys. Cleaning entered the room an hr before checkout, even with the do not disturb sign on the door. We were taking things to the car, needed to make a second trip, then the 'DND' sign was going to be removed. Microwave plate was just a Lil bit dirty, didn't really bug me though. I put things on plates to reheat, not directly on microwave plates.

Enjoyed having breakfast included in the price and the filtered water machine to fill up our water bottles instead of having to constantly buy more bottles of water. My room was the perfect size for one person and I had a great view of both the mountains and the Strip. Also was glad to see both a gym and a pool, and it's not too far from the Strip so I could get my steps in every day and not have to Uber everywhere. Lastly, not having to pay resort fees was a bonus.

The breakfast area was way too crowded when I went so I'd recommend extending the hours a half-hour longer. That's because this is Las Vegas and people stay out late and wake up later. Also, the hotel needs to invest in one or two more waffle machines. One was not sufficient for all who wanted waffles as the line was very long every day. Another improvement would be in the exercise room. First, it was freezing. Second, there are machines in there with no instructions as to what they are for or how to use them, and only one bench. A pull-down machine would improve things.

Location was great to continue on our journey. Didn't want to stay on the strip with resort fees, smoking, and all that garbage. Just a clean hotel, easy for a business stop with family in tow. Breakfast was pretty solid, but I don't make much of a stink about free food. Kids said the sausage was weird and the potatoes had no flavor, but there is enough to choose from that everyone ate well.

I wish they would be upfront and notify that the parking is an additional cost. I just hate hidden fees. Technically I could have flown in with no car, but even still, an additional fee is an additional fee, they get annoying. Oh, and an herbal tea option would be nice, not just black tea everything

When we arrived early, we were welcomed to enjoy breakfast and relax by the pool while they held our luggage until room was ready. Also, they were able to get us into a room a few hours earlier than expected. Everyone we encountered at the hotel gave us fantastic service! I loved the room and the kitchenette, and I enjoyed the bathroom products. Very clean and in great shape.

The pool was chilly, but that doesn’t surprise me because it gets so hot in Vegas it probably gets heated on its own.

This hotel was amazing. The room had so many amenities (Fridge/Microwave/Dishwasher/Dishes), The bathroom was super clean and the bed comfy. I love the layout of the room and the friendliness of Davoy at the front desk. The breakfast was spectacular, that consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes. So many other choices as well. I will definitely be back to stay here once I return to Vegas. Location is very close to food/shops and the strip.

Can't think of one thing.

The location was great. We loved that the pool was open despite it being colder. My kids didn't care and loved it. We loved the big breakfast options and it saved us so much money eating there. The housekeeping staff was very nice and friendly as well. The room size was great and we all had room to spread out

Honestly I couldn't think of anything besides the fact that the neighborhood was sketchy as we went to the convenience store down the street. You would never know if you didn't go.

The location was great. I loved that there was no casino, hence no smoking since I'm allergic to cigarette smoke. I also liked the family friendly atmosphere. We ordered room service one evening and it was good, not great but tasty enough. The staff was very helpful. If I come to Las Vegas again, I will stay here again. The breakfast was mostly great except for the last day, when the potatoes weren't very good, and the sausage tasted boiled.

The area south of the hotel soon turned poor. We had the experience of going to a fast-food restaurant where they ended up locking the door when we arrived. It did not make me feel comfortable. The Starbucks near the hotel would not let people in their lobby. We had to go further away from the strip before we found a family friendly place. I really don't like the sleaze factor in Las Vegas.

Room was well designed. Great use of space and very quiet. Breakfast was good. Very clean also. We request a cot so we had a king, sleeper sofa and cot and could still move around and get ready for a great day.

When I booked parking was supposed to be free and it was $17. There were 2 little soccer teams running rampant but they calmed down and it ended up being a a quiet night sleep. There is what looks like a construction site next door but we were there on a weekend.
