the room was very nice beds very comfortable.The location was good easy to get in and out of. Very clean, and my grandaughter really enjoyed the pool. We also enjoyed the food at your on premise restaurant.

Very unhappy with check in service, the counter person was very unpleasant and unhelpful with a problem we were having and we had to text message to someone else for help and getting the problem handled.also the soda and drink machine in our buiding was empty the whole week we were there.

The furniture is not comfortable, the bed was not comfortable for me, otherwise great stay, most of the staff except security didn’t seem like they wanted to be at work, not a happy bunch. bring your mini kuerig, coffee maker is not good, I wouldn’t stay in a smoking room again, I’ll got outside & smoke, smell is horrible, play the Buffalo Penny machine, it paid for our trip:

This was a very nice and clean hotel and casino. Lots of room. I only have a couple of concerns. It's a suite, so it didn't have any kitchen ware, not even paper towels. Also no soap holder in the shower. I also found a dirty wash cloth under the sink. Other than that the place was great. Will be staying there again if I come back.

Clean room. Excellent Restaurant with possibility to eat outside without aircondition. Nice pool. Walking distance to the Strip. Nice separate buildings with only 3 levels. Bar with live music. Free parking closed to the buildings.

Every other fancy hotel is big and crowded but this hotel wasn’t. Of course we were near restaurants, gas station, and the high roller. This place was quiet and nice to relax after we spent the day exploring Las Vegas. At the Marilyn’s Cafe the staff was amazing! They were so funny and they were so fun to talk to, every staff was but me and my boyfriend and my 4 month old son went to Marilyn’s cafe a lot because we are phat ahh. Anyways, I loved our stay here, when we come to Las Vegas for vacation again we will definitely be coming back here! Thank you Tuscany for such wonder service!

It was very spacious and conveniently located so I could self park. The bellhop was very helpful.

The bed was too soft. It was a little too far away from the MGM convention center to ride my scooter, so I had to drive every day and pay for parking. It was way too much traffic. It took 15 minutes just to get to Las Vegas Boulevard. A friend of mine wasn't able to check in because of not having a major credit card. Upon booking, you are allowed to book with a debit card, but it's not stated that you need a credit card to actually check in. I didn't have a jetted tub nor a microwave 😕

Folk still smoke in the Casino area - doesn't happen in New Zealand!

Ate at Pub 365 and Marilyn's cafe. Both provided great food and service. Well appointed fitness facility including a good lap pool and whirlpool.

Adding stability balls and yoga mats would be a very low cost addition to workouts. microwave in room would be nice. Problems with room keys/key readers made first afternoon difficult. Two trips back to registration for new keys. Security manager and housekeeping staff helped.

Not far from main strip like diamond hotels are 10-15 min walk, clean, has pools on site, bar etc. Did not use the Casino but has slots. There is a gift shop on site which makes it easy to grab snacks, drinks etc. We stayed in Executive smoking room and it was fine honestly i was expecting extreme odor as its a 3 star but it was fine. Huge room for 4. Plenty of free parking on site as long as you have the parking permit paper on your dashboard (you will get this at check in). Don't under estimate the size of this property it's really huge.

My late checkout was confirmed for 1-2 pm on the booking.com app and had no charges but the hotel told me if I did that I would have to pay 25$. I refused and checked out to free allowed check out which was 12:15

Almost everything like always. We got the quiet room we asked for. It was nice and clean. For those who doesn't know Tuscany: the rooms are very spacious. We will definitely come back. Again. And again. The best is the self parking. I hate valet. Wanna come and go whenever and as often as I need. Perfect!

Just small stuff: Too less toilet paper even we asked for. A water kettle or a microwave would be really helpful. Maybe you can provide that in the rooms in the future. The rooms are a bit dark. Maybe that's why the housekeeping always leaves the light on ... Oh, the bathrooms need renovation! Especially the sink area.
