Comfortable, convenient, front desk exceptional

Breakfast was a very minimal full breakfast. Bananas were cold not room temp and to ripe. No pepper just salt. Sausage to done and microwaved. Comfortor torn. 3rd floor smelt like smoke. Ice machine not working. Also, maid knocked on our door, even though Do Not Disturb sign was on door telling us we need to check out at 11am while it was 10am. Saying she needed to clean room.

The breakfast was inconsistent. Once day biscuits and gravy the next none. One day sausage one day no meat. The potatoes are not good but they seem to be the one thing that was actually there daily.

It's an old building, wear and tear starting to show thru. Maybe a bit more attention to detail in room cleaning. Bathroom door her dirty handprint admit 6 inches admit handle on inside. Which unless u go in and completely shut the door u don't see and most maids prob don't because the bathrooms are pretty small. Random crevices, corners and lil cracks around the room showed build up of just dirt and years of use..

Although it was by the highway, it was quiet and I got rest. The bed was comfortable and room was good size.

The handles to the curtain/shades were filthy! Upon arrival I waited for a while for someone to greet me . There was no one there and no bell to make them aware that I was there. Finally the front desk lady arrived; she seemed serious, no warm welcome. However, she did her job professionally. Hotel was to have to-go breakfast bag;, there were none. BUT THE WORST PART WAS ALL THE CONSTRUCTION encountered to get to the hotel.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable, the front desk staff was helpful and friendly.

That the housekeeping staff never came in to clean our room during our 4 day stay. The first day on 12/6/21 they did knock to see if we wanted them to clean but we said no for today but the other days they never bothered to check in and never did our bed or bring in clean towels. Also was very noisy from other guest at nighttime and could hear loud drunken men outside our window as well for 2 nights.

Location was great. Twenty minutes from airport, lots of restaurants close by. Ft.Worth Stockyard ten minutes away.

A group of homeless hang out together in the parking lot. There were some there every day and night.

We were on the first floor near the entrance and every once in a while it was a bit loud. But that never occurred after 10 p.m. or during the night. I'd just suggest that if you need it a little quieter, request a room on the second floor.

No hot breakfast because of Covid. Not the hotel's fault but I'd sure like hotel stays, traveling, and life in general to get back to normal. I'm getting old and don't have time for this.

The staff is amazing! Very helpful and friendly and always go above and beyond to make my stay exceptional

They could use more variety in their breakfast and extend the time a little later than 9

There was no ice. The coffee was weak. We stay 2-3 days a week and this particular room the air would only keep room cool if the temp was really low and then it would be really cold.

I booked this hotel partly because it said "breakfast included." They are not doing breakfast right now due to the plandemic. However there is an IHOP pretty much in the parking lot. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Nice size rooms. One ice machine that is on the first floor.

If you do not offer breakfast right now, remove that from the list of "amenities" until you start offering that again. Not that big a deal, just a minor invonvenience. The vent on the AC unit in my room was broken. Again not a big deal, but staff should have seen this prior to renting the room.

I love this hotel because of the location, the front desk staff is polite and quick to assist, the room was kept clean and tidy throughout my stay. Absolutely wonderful

I had a problem with the maintenance man looking through my car window while I was inside my car when I first arrived at the hotel, then walking off without saying anything to me, but continued to watch me from a distance. I had the same problem with this man watching me come and go the last time I was here. I addressed this issue with both him and the front desk, never saw the man again for the rest of my trip. Thank goodness, the whole situation was creepy.
