Location was good -- right next to the only Tesla Supercharger Station in Laramie (we were traveling in a Tesla Model X). The room (2 Queens) was large and spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable (especially the second night after spending the day moving my son into the University of Wyoming on the 11th floor of his dorm). The hot breakfast (eggs and sausage) along with waffles and the typical continental assortments is why we chose this hotel over others in the area. We were on the highway side of the hotel and absolutely could not hear any of the traffic on the highway -- slept like a log both nights.

The scrambled eggs at breakfast were extremely salty (I love scrambled eggs, but could not finish them either day due to the high salt content). My sister who over salts (in my opinion) her food, thought they were delicious. It would be better to make normal (un-salted) eggs and provide salt that can be added for individual taste on the side.

Very friendly receptionist when we checked-in. Comfy bed and room.

Not really a big deal but there was no microwave in the breakfast room yet they had items that needed microwaving. The receptionist offered to go and heat it up but she seemed a bit over-worked as it was (covering the front desk next door and keeping the breakfast items stocked/cleaning the breakfast room etc. at the same time). I took my oatmeal up to my room to heat it up instead.

The room was clean, quiet and so comfy with a spa tub!! The breakfast was super tasty!! The staff are friendly and helpful!! The pool was soooo nice!!

We were 100% happy with everything!!

We had a place to park the 26' U-Haul w/ trailer. (Thanks Tracy for picking up the phone and being so nice) Breakfast was very good. Shower pressure and hot water were excellent. Queen beds were very comfortable. Tianne (spelling probably off since we had driven from Lubbock and I was very tired) was very personable and is going to be a wonderful attorney one day. Outstanding job Team!

Our key lost its coding one night (around midnight) - it was 8 degrees with steady winds (COLD) and we had to walk all the way around the building to the front desk - the front desk staff quickly remedied the issue by re-coding the key - it was just a very cold walk around the building…

Let's start with the good. Awesome room and the jacuzzi right in the bedroom was perfect on my aching body. Breakfast was yummy with lots of choices and so nice to that it went til 10 am; great easy location. Super wonderful comfortable bed., sweet cleaning attendant. Nice staff.

A little loud in the morning when men were outside my window chatting loudly; not mine hair in the bathtub that didn't drain properly (ok that was gross).

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The AC unit kept the room nice and cool for a good nights sleep. I was actually put in the same exact room I was in several weeks previously -- this is the very first time this has happened in the 40 some years I have been staying in hotels (when I did not ask for a specific room), and I found it more enjoyable than going to another room (I do not know why, I just enjoyed getting the same exact room without asking). Also, per my previous rating of this hotel, the scrambled eggs at the morning breakfast were not overly salty, they were very good.

Upon arrival, the front desk clerk finished checking-in the person in front of me and then picked up a call prior to checking me in. Not a huge issue, but he was on the phone with a gentleman for over 20 minutes -- several times it was obvious the gentleman on the other end of the line actually put the phone down for minutes at a time and then came back. I had a dinner appointment scheduled that evening that started about 25 minutes after I arrived at the hotel -- due to having to wait over 20 minutes just to check-in, I was late to my dinner appointment, when I had plenty of time when I had arrived originally.

The property is GREAT.

The staff helped us reschedule our reservation because weather changed on our travel.

We tried to cool the room off at night for better sleep but it kept warming up despite the outside temps being very cold. We had to run the ac to get the room to 60 degrees.

Traveling during a pandemic is stressful, you guys made it less stressful, signs where clear and easy to read, staff was friendly and all had masks on, the whole time! My family and I would visit again!
