The hotel was centralized to the Effeil Tower, train station, and shops.

The shower door did not have a good sealed; therefore, water was constantly leaking onto the outside floor. It was a bad designed.

rooms were very basic and boiling hot! No milk to make a cup of tea and the shower leaked so much the bathroom flooring was severely damaged. separate toilet which was in a cupboard, no hand washing facilities. we had fabulous views though.

The hotel was in great location. Just a 20mins walk in a straight line to the Eiffel Tower and really friendly staff.

The room was extremely cold and we couldn’t turn the fan off, so even though we made the temperature higher it didn’t work. The fan was also very noisy which made it hard to sleep. On the sofa bed the duvet had blood on, it was under the sheet but this didn’t put me at ease. When I tried to call down to reception at around 11pm there was no answer, we tried house keeping and no answer. I couldn’t go down myself and leave my children in a sleep in bed so nothing I could do about the situation and there were no extra duvets or sheets in room.

there are 6 elevators but only two or three working. it generated a casi in rush hours for a building of 31 floors

Almost everything was good, except from the table arrangements at breakfast and the low availability of elevators. It happened that we waited for the elevator for 15 minutes. We could not take the stairs with all our luggage and go down from the 13th floor.

I was not happy with the fact that they could never find for us and our friends (4 adults and 2 5-year old girls) a table where we could sit together at breakfast, although we could see there there was space and tables! The person making the table arrangements was very serious without a smile and was just giving us orders where to sit, with no intension of satisfying this simple request.

The breakfast was amazing and the beds were nice and comfortable. We were greeted by an amazingly happy and kind staff member at the reception.

The sink for the toilet was in a different room, that was a little bit strange. The bartender told us to just sit down, but never came to serve us, so we ended up leaving the bar and not getting a drink - this was a little annoying.

Great hotel. We stayed for 3 nights. 2 adults and one child. There was a double bed and a pull out couch which suited us perfectly. The bedroom was a nice size overall and all essentials were there. Really appreciate nice white bed sheets and towels that were changed daily. The bathroom was spacious with both a bath and a shower and quite a decent size sink. We payed just over €400 for 3 nights for a hotel that’s 8-12 mins away from the Eiffel Tower, and minutes away from two metros was just amazing. I couldn’t find anything for that price.

I think the carpet in the corridors should be replaced ASAP. I’m not sure why a hotel would have carpet as it stains so easily. The rooms should also not have carpet. They collect dust and some stains cannot be removed which was apparent in the corridors and room. The walls need a fresh set of paint. Now there is washable paint so I think this hotel should invest in that. The reception area is lovely and modern but the corridors definitely need some re-work and clean-up.

Great amenities within walking distance, including metro station (Charles Michels), Monoprix, F&B options and retail stores. The room size was generous. It came with a mini fridge and kettle, all of which were very handy especially when travelling with a toddler. We were fortunate to be given a room with spectacular view overlooking the Seine, and had several opportunities to soak in the late sunsets. That really enhanced our overall stay!

The location was great as it was at a walking distance to Eiffel Tower and metro. I also liked the water fountain bar at the lobby which I created a habit of filling up my bottle every time I pass by it. During our stay, we slept quite comfortably.

The room was quite small for 3 people, the sofa bed was huge which took most of the space. The cupboard was too tiny, with only 3 hangers for 3 people! I am not sure about sustainability in hotel because we didn't had any mugs, plates and spoons in the room, instead we were asked to collect required stuffs from the restaurant.

The only noise was from Bastille Day fireworks. Solange in the breakfast area was friendly and superb. She asked me if I taught French. I have been studying it since 1960. All over France, people understood me, and gave me compliments. Desk clerks were fabulous, but Solange was head and shoulders above everyone else. I loved having a safe. I felt protected inside your hotel. Also loved the children's play area! Everything was so clean.

I was offended when I got morning coffee in the bar, and the waitress acted superior and condescending--not what I'd expect from a high quality hotel chain employee. She waved her hands around like a hula dancer to describe my speech. I've had linguistics professors say that everybody has an accent. I did not tip her for the coffee and she gave me the colloquial "stink eye" when she was cleaning up the next day in the breakfast space. I felt quite offended,
