Location was great, right across from the metro. There were a few cafes on same street as well as a grocery store. Our concierge Alex was great - so helpful with our touring suggestions and arrangements.

The safe in room was very hard to operate and we finally gave up. Hard to regulate temperature in room so had to open window for air which became noisy. There were no towel racks in bathroom to hang used towels. The taxi that was pre-arranged through the hotel for a return trip to CDG arrived 30 minutes late and overcharged us (which I didn't realize at the time).

A chic and familiar hotel, well located with a metro station 50m away and a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Many restaurants, bistros and bakeries nearby. Also find a few supermarkets nearby if you need. Good, rich breakfast - although same food every day we didn't get bored while we stayed (4 nights). Buttered baguette, croissants, chocolate panne, coffee: excellent. Cleanliness and warmth in the room. Although the room was on the street there was no noise from the constantly busy boulevard. Internet was fine. Reception and breakfast room staff friendly except for the older lady who didn't know English and was hard to communicate with if you wanted something.

Although the reservation was made for a room overlooking the street (we assumed possible noise from the street), without being asked by the lady at the reception we were assigned to a room overlooking the courtyard on the grounds that those are more expensive. They may have been a bit more modern but they were smaller than the ones on the street (12 sq m vs 15 sq m). After seeing the room we requested one with a street view and it worked out. Bathroom ventilation not working, after showering the steam would stay there for hours and the only ventilation was through the room. Little English TV channels, but you don't go to Paris to watch TV. An idea if the room was bigger, but in Paris 15 sq m is a big size.

Our room was on the 3rd floor. It was bright and light filled-nice change from heavy curtained and darker coloured rooms. The windows could be opened for fresh air. Our room was situated at the back of the property and only offered views of neighbouring buildings but not unpleasant. It had basic tea/coffee making facilities and a minibar/fridge. The bathroom and shower were ample and comfortable to move around in. Large sink and shelving available for storage of toiletries. A hairdryer was supplied. Small ironing board and iron. The location was perfect. Across the road from train station (which you could not hear). Walking distance to Eiffel Tower, restaurants, bars and self serve laundries (there were two within a 5 minute radius). 10 minute walk to the Seine and other transport and sights. Check-out at 12pm was perfect for last day running around or relaxing over brekkie or getting last minute laundry done. We had been travelling for 4 weeks through Italy and Greece by the time we arrived here. With the exception of one property in Greece (and another in Italy-which was AirBnB), this was by far the most comfortable we had encountered.

Tea/coffee making facilities were minimal. At least 8 cans of soft drink in the fridge - only one bottle of water offered each day and no spoons only one stirrer for coffee/tea.

We were traveling for pleasure and I had already booked a hotel just down the road from this one who couldn't accommodate an extra night as my plans changed. The staff was very nice. Hotel very clean and updated. I was also meeting friends from out of town who also booked and stayed at this hotel and we were all pleased.

I think the only issue I had is that in the bathroom the cover for the drain for the sink wasn't attached... you know just kind of sitting off to the side of the drain opening. When brushing my teeth in the morning I dropped my small travel size toothpaste and it went "plunk" right down the drain. It wasn't a huge loss but still frustrating. We did tell the hotel staff and I am sure they have it resolved by now. They were very nice and helpful.

Location was good - a 10ish minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and with two metro stops right across the street. The staff was friendly enough and we stowed our luggage there while the room was prepared. The room was very nice - large and clean and comfy. They replenished the bottled water/coffee/toiletries daily and the fresh daily towels smelled great. We even had a bath tub for a soak! And the windows open wide, which we would have taken advantage of if we weren’t on the first floor (the street outside is quite loud, but not a problem with the window shut).

The ceiling above the bath tub would leak when the person in the above room was taking a shower, which is a bit gross. The hallways definitely smelled like cigarette smoke in several areas; and there was a bit of a pervasive bad smell in the lobby that we noticed. The water in the shower wouldn’t stay hot for long and the air con did not work very well.

Hotel is well located to an underground/metro station from where you can reach most of Paris, there are short walk for Eiffel Tower and Champ de Mars, and stores in Boulevard de Grenelle, dining and café options. Staff in hotel was friendly, helped with questions, taxi, and speaks several languages. Room was quiet (inside yard view, not Tower), clean, had a kettle and coffee/tea refill and good bathroom. Well comfortable. Breakfast is optional and has good selection of awesome local cheeses, croissant, breads.

Bath room can leak water from the shower depending how you shower, as the silicon on doors were worn out, but nothing serious that ruins the trip.

Location was Superb! Rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a lovely half view of the Eiffel Tower at night time. The staff was friendly enough and helped with directions to sights. A moderate breakfast was available. Paid parking on the street was free from 8pm-8am

I am sure staff would have provided if requested but there was no iron or ironing board in our room. No car parking available except for street parking (however this was free after 8pm so ended up not being an issue). We stored some of our purchased fruits and drinks in the mini-fridge and upon checkout they wanted to charge for items used in the mini=bar although none were used. This was worked out but still an inconvenience to explain. We recognize that Paris is not cheap but this hotel was very expensive and cost comparable to name brand hotels. We are still happy with our stay.

The staff at the check-in counter was welcoming and friendly. The entire property is well-accessible from the street level without any stairs. The rooms without the Eiffel Tower view have windows that face away from the street and the metro line and therefore are fairly quiet. A reasonably fast WiFi connection, with speeds of ~100 Mbit/s in both directions.

There was a small gap between the door frame and the door, even when the door was closed. The light from the corridor was getting through.

I loved the location it was so close to the tower and a perfect hub for all my trips. The staff especially the guy who checked me in (from Tunisia) was absolutely delightful experience because of him. The room was super clean which i highly appreciate.

One thing is the street was full with picking up trucks which created a lot of noise but at no fault of the hotel of course.

Beautiful and quaint hotel in an excellent location. We were able to store our luggage and explore the city as we arrived mid-morning. Upon check-in we were treated to a complimentary upgrade to a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower which was awesome! The hotel is right opposite Dupleix metro and a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower so the location is spot on. The staff was super friendly at all times! The room and bathroom were beautiful and clean and contained everything we needed for our overnight stay. A great place to stay!
