staff were really lovely, breakfast was really nice, it was clean, the location was perfect of the Eiffel Tower (ten min walk but you could see it from top of the road which was about 20 metres) train station over the road. bed was comfortable, clean sheets and a new mattress on our beds. we got this on genius discount on booking.com so was a very good price also.

honestly the only thing is the rooms need new carpets and maybe a lick of paint and shower head wasn’t very powerful (lots of very hot water though) but I wasn’t there to stay in the room or pictures for instagram.

Location is fabulous, easy walk to Eiffel Tower, 2 mins to Blue line metro and across from rail. Room was clean, double glazed glass, mini fridge, tea and coffee. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will stay again, highly recommended.

Location great! Staff very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Metro just across the road. Batobus 10 minute walk. Eiffel tower 5 minutes away. Lots of cafes nearby. Supermarket a few minutes walk.

Sound proofing in rooms could be better. Noise from room next door. Could hear lift and sound of people walking downstairs. Maybe unfortunate with location of room rather than it being an overall problem in hotel. Still got a good night sleep though! Room not big but ok for few nights stay. Carpet in room very stained and needs replacing. Otherwise room very clean.

The location is incredible! The staff are friendly and very helpful. They have honor system water, sparkling water, and alcohol. The guest keeps track and you pay at checkout. They have large bath towels.There is a metro stop steps away and RER down close by as well.

The room is very small. We had small luggage and it fit but if u have large luggage it won't. The bathroom is small and it is difficult to hang items in there. The pillows on each bed were very mushy. It would be nice to have one firm and one soft.

The family room set up was great, breakfast was great, the staff were really helpful and friendly. It’s 5 mins walk from the Eiffel Tower and has a subway station right out side. Good links and shops nearby too for food and essentials. The mini bar was v reasonably priced and the honesty bar downstairs also.

Breakfast was well worth it. Location is great, 5 min walk to Eiffel Tower and right next to a train station. Also across the road from Seine river, so scooters or e-bikes are also available on the corner to hire. Room was nice, a bit small but everything you need as well as a little balcony to look out off.

Room was a bit small, but that is understandable as all buildings are small inside Paris from what we saw on the trip. It is not even really a dislike, just a note to make when planning.

Wanted a property close to Eiffel Tower, The Sein and subway. With this property selection, I got to achieve that. Also had a nice little Italian restaurant a few doors down and even better French restaurant/cafe across the road! Special mention of the Front Office Team Members -Wilfred, Beverley and other wonderful staff member on day of our check out!! Will stay there again when next in Paris!!!!😊🇫🇷

A little bit noisy being next to the elevator and stair well but not a deal breaker!!!

Great location, very close to Eiffel Tower (about 10 min walk) and across the road from Bir Hakeim train station., and many great cafes and restuarants. The facilities were very clean, and although the room was a bit smaller than what we are used to it was sufficient for our needs. The staff were very friendly, and spoke english very well. John Claude was very nice to us and went out of his way to help us. I would definately stay here again if we were to return to Paris.

Not much comes to mind, maybe the size of the rooms, but it wasn't that big a deal.
