the view of the Eiffel Tower is amazing and the proximity to everything was perfect for our new years stay! we will be staying again

The staff was very helpful, fluent in both French and English, the elevator had a code to ensure only guests had access to their rooms. The location was superb! A Fromagerie (Cheese Shop) and a Boulangerie (French Bakery) were just down the road as well as a MonPrix (Grocery Store) a few blocks away. The metro station was very close and getting to the Eiffel Tower was a snap!

We deadbolted the door and it did not work, if you had a key the deadbolt would also come unlatched. It was a safe location though so we were not too worried.

I loved this stay! Stopped into Paris and wanted to stay with a view this did just that. The place was petit but as are most places in Europe. The room had a great view, great service, a good space all together. The elevator is very small which was shocking but it never bothered us too much! While there are some things that may use some updating depending on your personal standards, I found this an amazing stay. Great in room amenities! I would surely stay here again!

The shower glass didn’t have a proper seal so it would leak out on the floor if you were showering (not bathing) but we managed.

room was small but clean, tidy and comfortable. bathroom looked like it had been Newley re done so that was a plus as well.

only downside was that our room was located right at the top of the building outside which meant we have to walk outside along a balcony and through a door each time to get in and out of our room but this wasn’t a major issue really.

Location was ideal for me. Bed was very good. Bathroom was super clean. Staff very friendly. I think it's a very convenient little hotel for 1-2 days stay in Paris. Surrounded by restaurants, bars, food stores, and a 150m from a Metro station.

Humidity smell at the entrance of the room was a red flag upon arrival, but room was OK. Bathroom extremely small, as an architect I don't understand how is this legally possible in France..... Room lighting is a little depressive, needs a very simple correction.

Staff were super helpful and friendly. They did everything and more to make our visit as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Cleanliness was fantastic. Rooms were smaller than they looked on the website but were comfortable, clean and more than adequate. Comfort twin room had 2 single beds together and were inseparable due to size of room. This was ok with us, but might not be for sharers who are not so familiar. Double room was spacious, light and bright. I asked for 2 rooms on the same floor when I booked. This didn't happen, however they changed our rooms the next day and we were very pleased with this.

The Comfort Twin room was very small, the twin beds were joined together and there was no way we could put even a centimetre between them. This ok for us as it was me and my son, but I would recommend asking for a double room instead of a twin as they are more spacious. They happily provided separate duvets on the double bed so that my travel companions didn't have to share on quilt.

location was perfect right next to everything, there’s a supermarket not too far, the Eiffel Tower is only 1 bus away. the Metro is around the corner so you can use that to get anywhere. i bought a 8 day unlimited pass at the airport. the room is small but you won’t be in all day, there’s air conditioning which helped as it was very hot. staff very polite and friendly

a bit small, but ok for just me. the lift was small too, fine for me but if you have checked luggage it will be hard for you.

Staff was so friendly. Location is 10/10. Close to everything. Bakeries, groceries and metro station andddddd Eiffel Tower of course.

The lighting and the room was way smaller than you think but for a solo traveller was fine.q

I liked everything! The location is so close to the Eiffel Tower! Like 15-20 min walking it’s so close and you have a good metro station like 2 min away walking . The receptionist speaks several languages so that’s helpful and he helped me giving me directions I really liked everything Comfy bed, good and warm room,nice bathroom, no noise

We stayed for 2 nights and the hotel location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The Metro line was really close and great link to euro disney and eurostar station. We stayed in room 21 its a very compact room that was perfect for a short weekend stay but if you where there longer this room would not be great. If the window in the room was open you could hear everything that is going on in the next rooms toliet if they have there window open. The breakfast was perfect. The room and hotel is lovely and clean and the staff where all lovely x

The lift is only big enough for 1 person, we where fine as we where on the 2nd floor so could walk up the stair, but on our 2nd day the lift was out of service so if you where on the higher floors it would be alot of stairs.
