The hotel has many amenities, including game room with ps5, big swimming pool, jacuzzi, massage chairs, etc. it was a lovely stay and all of us enjoyed it. The location was also very nice, not far from major attraction. Definitely use grab, don't bother local taxi/tuk tuks. Even there were big malls within 600 meters walking distances.

The room service wasn't halal, which became an issue. We had to stick to vegetarian items.

Very nice hotel, perfect view, good swimming pool, delicious breakfast with wide range of foods. Big room, including washing mashine and dr yet (they provide also the washing powder daily); free of charge mini bar (non alcoholic drinks and chips). They provide luggage storage and also they provide chance for a shower if your flight is át the evening and you already checked out. Lobby is really beautiful.

Jacuzzi is quite small. Train station is appr 6-8 mins walk, so rather taxi or tuktuk is recommended. Rover side and citiy center is appr 15-20 mins by train.

Stayed in a Grand Suite for 5 nights. The room is a tad dated but massive and well maintained. Room comes with washer/dryer, a working kitchen, and a spacious bathroom with a tub. The room is same as in the pictures. It is located 6 mins away from Ratchadamri Station, 10 mins from CentralWorld, and 15 mins from Siam Paragon. Not much food options in the vicinity of the hotel. But the hotel’s restaurant, Arun, is definitely worth a try. Otherwise, you need to do a bit of walking for meals. Hotel has a gym, pool, steam/sauna rooms, library, games room, and kids play area. Service is exceptional. The hotel concierge was always helpful and happy to help. Good value for money. I would stay again.

Breakfast has a wide selection of food but taste needs improvement.

The facility is amazing and very clean, The concierge and security staff are very helpful and friendly.

The only drawback is the breakfast, there was no much variety and same food every alternate day.

At the time of my stay, one side of the hotel was facing a construction site of a huge tower, right in front of the window. A far cry from a nice view. If you care about the view, ask for a room facing another direction. The Western breakfast is limited. If you like Asian food, there is a huge variety . Cleaning was so so. For example, there were dirty cups and utensils in the suite. As for location- a bit far from stores/restaurants etc... only one restaurant in the facility.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The suite was nothing short of amazing—spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The internet was lightning-fast, which made both work and leisure seamless. The staff were exceptional, always friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The kids’ area was a hit with my family, providing a safe and entertaining space, while the business centre and gym were equally impressive, catering perfectly to both work and wellness needs. Overall, I loved everything about my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect mix of luxury, convenience, and hospitality.

The grande suite is great value, though the property is a little old. Nevertheless, everything works flawlessly and spotlessly clean. The housekeeping team is amazing. Fast response and courteous. Our room was squeaky clean every day. The front desk team is equally impressive as mine was a last-minute booking. The coffee machine in the lobby is a great little gem. It is a small gesture but has a big impact. The buffet breakfast has great variety. Unfortunately, selection became scarce after 9am. The hotel should watch out for this drop in service and growing customer frustration The concierge team is omnipresent, no matter how many ppl are coming or going, you will always find someone to help you promptly and with a smile, unlike some other hotels I have stayed in. We have tried other hotels in Bangkok, but this one feels home and has yet to disappoint.

Nice property, close to the major shopping malls CentralW0rld, Siam Paragon and MBK

It didn’t feel like a true 5 star hotel, the staff had to be asked to take our bags for us, the only coffee available was an espresso machine with only regular cow milk available. While the location was nice for shopping we quickly learned that the majority of tourist activities we wanted to see are closer to the river and we had to rely on tuk tuks as the traffic was terrible and trains took double the time. Not the properties fault but we have learnt for next time to do more research on the location
