Rooftop Bar and their cocktail selection was phenomenal. Great breakfast Buffett selection but they moved the breakfast Buffett from the 19th floor to the basement and removed the bloody Mary’s from their breakfast menu.

They would benefit to have clearer signage and policy about their Marijuana policy in their smoking lounge. Would have liked to know this upon check-in to avoid any misunderstandings and embarrassment.

Unbelievable story. The sink and furniture around it in marble literaly fell off the wall of the bathroom on my boyfriend while he was washing his teeth. Crazy dangerous. And what’s worse, the hotel made us pay a crazy amount of money because “it never happened before so it is your fault”. What are we supposed to make the whole marble sink fall off the wall, jump on it? We tried to argue, but the GM of the hotel threatened us to call the police if we did not pay. Don’t go to this hotel, the service is absolutely unpleasant. The rooms are old, and even the breakfast is at the level of a 3 star. anything you would ask they will say “no” . It is so far from a 5* hotel expectation, furniture and building is very old. For same amount of money you can get better deal than this!

The hotel was very easy to get to from the airport, and we had a corner room with a lovely big bed and bath..2 night stop over.

The property had an exclusive dark design which was unique. Furthermore, the staff was impeccable and attentive. The pool deck had phenomenal views and was open late until 10pm.

Our bedsheets had yellow stains on them, and the towels and bathrobes were old and their age very visible (discoloring, and worn out seams). Furthermore, the pool deck was left uncleaned with many used towels laying around and the pillows of the lounging chairs being discolored. It would have been nice to receive access to drinks on the pool deck, but there was no staff on site, hence, the dirty towels everywhere.

Excellent location and we used as a central base to explore BKK over a couple of days, so hotel fit the bill just right. Just off Sukhumvit road so balances a central location with being much calmer and quieter! You can walk to major central locations from here. There are also several small mall type areas nearby which have good restaurants. Hotel is in a skyscraper so many floors and less rooms per floor. Has an outdoor pool around halfway up (which we used, not massive but decent size given the height and position) and a cool bar area and restaurant on the top floor. We used the bar and it has great panoramic views of the city. Breakfast spread was pretty decent, lots of European and Thai options including options to order quirky egg dishes (I recommend trying a few of these). Our room was a corner suite, which was nice as it had corner windows and views. The design of the hotel is also rather unique and gives a different vibe to the usual fare in cities or Thailand. Service and staff very good. Recommended and good value for a short BKK trip base.

Ordering a hotel taxi to pick us up from the airport seemed like a lot of hassle for this level of hotel (e.g. I had to print and sign and scan and then send a form!). Should really be much easier.

The room was a great size and we loved the decor (although lacking some lighting!). The staff went above and beyond as we became accustomed to during our time in Thailand. Breakfast was excellent with an array of choices. The swimming pool had a beautiful metropolitan view and was well-kept. The gym had a good array of equipment although relatively small. The rooftop bar was also incredible with an unforgettable view. The location was great, with a short walk from shops, restaurants, bars and public transport.

Some of the furniture in the room was slightly warn but did not impact our stay.

Very romantic feel to the rooms. Breakfast was excellent and good value for money, with a lot of variety. It has a very good Italian restaurant in the basement (where the breakfast is also served). We had most of our meals on the rooftop enjoying the view of the city.

Road noise is noticeable on the side of the building facing the main road. Very large wardrobe but only a small number of coathangers. Furniture lacks functionality. For example, the bedside units have only a pull-out shelve. They look like they would have a deep drawer or have a door which would open to reveal several shelves where you could store your clothes but sadly they don't.
