Location wasn't bad, owner was polite and helpful sorting out our problems.

When we arrived I signed a document to say no smoking in the room, this was fine as we didn't smoke. When we got to our room the smell of smoke was almost unbearable, it stunk. The bath didn't work, shower was leaking all over the floor leaving around an inch of water in the bathroom. They was refurbishments ongoing on the roof top garden so we couldn't go up, The rooms are very dated and need of refurb. No other rooms were available so i asked to speak to the owner who was very helpful and polite (she spoke perfect English) she fixed all the problems in the room and gave us free breakfast the next morning which did help us with the disappointment we had occurred.

Location is superb. 5 mins walk to BTS Ratchadamri (ask the receptionist for direction, use the Sexy Cow Restaurant path). 10 mins walk to BTS Chit Lom. Great restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacy, and supermarket right across Rongratana (at the Sindhorn Village). 6 mins walk to an indoor playground for kids (Harborland) and 7-Eleven (at the Sindhorn Midtown). Rooms and bathrooms are spacious. All facilities are working properly: Wi-fi, ACs, TVs, Washing Machine, Dryer, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer.

The location and size of the property was pretty good.

Staff were misinformed, and were trying to charge for any small extras - including a 2 - 3 hour late checkout. We wanted to purchase breakfast but was not available as claimed.

it is a bit far from main road, the walk to main road was on unstable broken pavement. however it is value for money.

Loved the location! Unfortunately had made other plans before discovering the little gems in the neighborhood itself but am better equipped for my next stay in Bangkok. What do I mean? The BTS station is about a 10-15 minute walk away, as is a shopping mall with a decent food court and grocery store. Even closer though is a 7-11, coffee shops, restaurants (Japanese, Spanish, Mediterranean, Chinese, Argentinian, etc.), Villa Market (grocery store), and a spa across the street that offers a pass to several thermal rooms plus an infinity pool at a rather competitive rate (at least on a weekday). The staff were prompt, friendly, and helpful.

The shower in the bathtub was poorly designed. Water would flow down to the floor each time my friend showered. Nothing major but it made the bathroom a little messy after use.

The location is great, not far from two BTS stops. There are plenty during options in the vicinity, and the great Velaa dining mall is just across the street. The staff is very helpful. We booked a double room which is perfect for a family of four. Rooms have a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room.

The pool is small and has little shade. Breakfast is offered but only as room service. Prices are a little steep for what is offered.

The apartment is very spacious and nicely furnished, equipped kitchen with induction stove top, oven/microwave, toaster and big fridge. Bed is comfortable, iron and board in the room, big wardrobe, huge living area. Dining table was nicely arranged and breakfast is served in the room at preferred time (3 different breakfast options to choose the evening before)

It is on a main road which can be quite noisy, the location is good but a bit far from the metro station (need to walk through Lumphini park about 20 min or to Sukhumvit about 15).

it is great location to me and safe for family close to many high brands shopping malls and restaurants rooms space is very good and bathroom toiletry are very clean

it would be perfect if they only have their own pick up & drop of from airport. also they should have variety options of english breakfast

The apartment was clean and very nice. The check in was smooth and the process was fast. The staff was very helpful in providing information about the apartment after booking also very responsive in messages.

The staffs and services were excellent.

The decorations and faculty is quite old compre to the pictures on the website.
