The location was great the property was beautiful. The Villa could use some upgrades but overall it had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed having the convinience of some nearby places to eat. I would not recommend the mexican place for food it was terrible and the italian place was not good either. Theres a bar that serves really delicious appetizers and drinks. Although the music was a little raunchy at times. We did enjoy our time there as a rental. My other friends were in a time share and had some issues. There was no regular cleaning service and they ran out of toilet paper. We were visited every other day and had plenty to share. They also replenish soap, detergent and throw out the trash and make the beds and bring fresh towels every other day. They provide all your kitchen needs plates pots coffee maker, you can buy groceries and cook if you like. We enjoyed the pool but not that the bar closes really early and pool closes at 11 pm although understandable as there are permanent residents that live there. All in all I would definitely come again. Gracias Giovanni por tu hospitalidad.

The rooms could use some upgrades. Our last few night the ac was on the blitz and our last night there it stopped working. We wanted to sleep early as we had to leave at 2am but it was after midnight by the time they got us another room. We were hot and annoyed because the room was near impossible to find. The security guy was nice enough to offer to help us find the room after my friend had a slight fit because she was so tired. We were able to close our eyes for 1hour before having to check-out and head to the airport. My other annoyance were the golf carts. Lots of very young people driving fast and no one said anything.

The resort is absolutely beautiful! I have stayed in hotels all over the US and Homestay Club Cala, Puerto Rico was by far the cleanest place we ever stayed at. Our Villa was spotless. The floors, appliances, bathroom all spotless! The maids came daily and offered their service as well as all the supplies we needed for the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. If the staff did not speak English they quickly found someone who did. We had access to a shuttle service and could walk to the upper area of the resort to eat at several different restaurants and bars. We had a patio outside of our bedroom and living room. I sat out there every morning and listened to the birds while I read. Very relaxing! The resort is approximately an hour from San Juan. We had a car so we drove to Old San Juan, and the port to take a ferry over to Culebra beach where we hiked to a secluded area to snorkel. There is a nearby Walmart to purchase supplies for the fully stocked kitchen including a dishwasher. We cooked breakfast daily, and ate out for lunch and dinner however, if you are traveling with a family you could cook all of your meals in your Villa. There is also 2 pools with live music and a swim up bar. If you are looking for a beautiful, quiet, home away from home that is away from the crowds Club Cala is the place to go.

The villas are very nice.it felt like being home everyone had their own room and bathroom in rooms.very spacious and comfortable. Also did not have to leave resort everything is in their plaza.food was amazing.

It is not bad probably me because I don't exercise as I should but most of everything is walking or stairs.but it's nothing out of the ordinary.

The rooms were nice and very comfortable. Decent food and drink. Very friendly staff. Property was massive and gorgeous. Very comfortable vacation spot especially if u not interested in being in a very busy city overcrowded with tourists like San Juan. Calm.

You definately need to rent you a car or even golf cart. Alot of the property especially amenities and food is on steep hills that make walking a workout. Lots of stairs and hills throughout. Lack of amenities can make your stay a bit boring if ur looking for excitement or a nightlife. Rent a car.

The location was great for those wanting privacy! It's a long drive to San Juan where the action is. There is English speaking staff at front desk 24/7. The ocean is nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and extended our stay while there.

The horses, the scenery, the pool, the nice people, the activities the food was excellent it was a wonderful experience and we'll be neck soon

I would only have preferred a tub in my bathroom not the stand up shower woth the cloth curtains....water seemed to go everywhere but that's all

I liked everything.My stay was great. The staff and service was great I felt very comfortable and safe there. I will be back again .this is a great place I would recommend to stay at this hotel.

There is nothing that I did not like

space of the villas and the comfort. Also the facilities and location

beds are very uncomfortable. They were hard and the sheets could have been better. No pool towels after 7pm. Locks were broken and had to call to get it fixed. Lots of stairs no elevator

The property was large. It was not over booked. Rooms were clean.

The furniture was old. It definitely needs a upgrade. Also being the property is huge there was golf carts for rental by the day, but it was more expensive than a real car rental.
