Overall was good, my bad experience was with booking.com, they changed me a lot more than a reservation directly with hotel, i will not recommend it any more!!

Hotel was good, but booking.com charged me a lot more money per night than directly with hotel!!

The room met and exceeded my expectations. King bed was comfy, a lot of room space and a modern bathroom. First floor gym was a plus to get a quick workout. I only ate once at the hotel, I had the sautéed veggies and a Moscow Mule. Also, you have the casino right next door.

Pool area is not that spacious, just with a few customers and the pool area was full.

Great staff! Accommodated us and took care of our gamily well. Very friendly.

First room we were given had a horrible smell. Like if it was closed for some time and accumulated humidity.

Everything was excellent! The servers at bar-restaurant & pool were wonderful and attentive. they were very accommodating when we had family arrive and needed assistance. Pool area was great for grandson and my daughter’s family also stayed at hotel with us also had wonderful time. The casino also was good place to spend away time in the evenings.

Nothing comes to mind

In my visit of 5 days hurricane Fiona hit the island and we never lost lights. We had running water all the time and rest of the island didn't. We were very much comfortable. The staff were unable to go home and still treated us like family. I would recommend this Hotel to all my friends and family.

Maybe an indoor pool to use when there is an incline weather. Maybe even have a movie theater for entertainment.

The hotels staff was very courteous, the rooms were clean and well prepared for our stay.

The restaurant service was well below any standards I've were incountered throughout my years of travel. Not once not twice but three times in your restaurant we waited more than 30 minutes for anyone to come to our table. I literally had to ask if we needed to move to another table because we were waiting so long.

The breakfast choices are excellent. The staff is amazing. The location is good too, everything is like 10 to 15 minutes away. Their restaurant has a lot of good choices for breakfast lunch and dinner. I requested for my room to be decorated and it was a very reasonable price. The pool is family friendly. The casino was fun too!

The atmosphere and the food were excellent. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond for their guests. I really enjoyed my stay there.

The view from our room was amazing and the pool was well maintained and very clean. The staff was very warm and welcoming and made for my new BEST hotel experience.

Beds are ok for those that like soft mattresses. I prefer much firmer mattresses.
