I never knew that this hotel existed until I started to get a hotel close to our Alamo drop off and close to the airport for a early flight ! Every one was exceptional in trying to help ! The restaurant was delicious and washing machines for our dirty clothes ! I’m will book this hotel again !

We were in the top floor and had to switch to another elevator to get to the sixth floor ! We heard the planes taking off outside our window ! After a while we were so tired it really didn’t matter ! In the morning the airport is a short walk from the hotel ! Free breakfast every morning too !

I was not aware that there is a hotel at the San Juan Airport!! Our flight was changed from 1:00pm to 7:00am--this hotel was beyond convenient for a very early flight. (The room was tiny, tiny but it had all that is needed for a one night stay). We were able to return our rental car and just walk over to the hotel and in the morning just walk right into the airport and check into our flight. All very trouble free.

The fact that I was charged a $100.00 deposit (for I don't know what) which I was told would be credited the next day and I am still waiting to see the $100.00 credited back to my credit card!

I was honestly prepared for a so-so experience at the SJU airport hotel based on some posted reviews. Fortunately we ignored those! Our stay was excellent. As a frequent traveler including internationally and nationally at very good properties, I would encourage people that SJU Airport Hotel was a very positive place to stay for an early flight out in the AM. Would definitely stay here again. Excellent staff, clean, comfortable, good restaurant, and sooo convenient to simply walk a couple minutes to terminal C where American Airlines is located. We requested a wheelchair and help with luggage at 4:45 AM for a 6:59 AM flight. No problems. As for cautions about the cold rooms, wd had no problems using the thermostat!

We stayed two separate nights. The Thursday breakfast was very good- hot eggs and bacon. The Sunday breakfast with the omelet bar was excellent. The ladies cooking were very sweet. Location on-site at the airport was a good option for us. The patio was a nice getaway although not very special. We wanted to use the jacuzzi, but decided by the time we returned to the room, we would be too cold. It is a nice option.

The sound of flights and other sounds- almost like someone on a megaphone- made it difficult to sleep....but we figured that was the cost of convenience so were not too surprised. If there could be better sound attenuation, that would be a great bonus.

It was super clean

Our room was a little stoic. It could have been decorated beautifully with tropical decor showing our amazing culture. The restaurant’s food could’ve been a little better. And there was no info on where breakfast would be served so we missed it. It wasn’t in the restaurant or the adjoining dining room where we assumed it would be so we went straight to the airport for our flight and purchased a breakfast there. It would be nice for visitors to have a book in the room or a QR code to see what’s available to do while in San Juan or all of PR. Since there was nothing like that available in the room I call it a missed opportunity to promote or advertise our wonderful little island.

it was nice and clean and it had a restaurant in the same building. the staff were friendly

it didn’t have to many tv channels… Ive stayed at other hotels and I’m from Philly and other hotels have more tv selection. And my friends stayed in the other rooms and their tv was bigger and they had Roku on their tv so they were able to stream services. i didn’t have that on my tv in my room. i feel like all the rooms should have it. my room was a single room with one queen size bed. my other friend she had a room with double beds and my other friend had a king size bed room and their tvs were bigger and better with more selections.

Location. We had a layover for one night before we flew out the next day. With the hotel on the airport grounds, it was most convenient.

The hotel was a bit hard to find. Basically, it's in the old portion of the San Juan airport (terminal D) once we figured that out, it was just a 5 minute walk from baggage claim thru an abandoned check in terminal The rooms were a bit stark but very roomy and sufficient. Wouldn't want to spend much of a vacation there, but for one night, it was perfect. The lounge was minimalist, but food and drinks were very good.

The location was amazing! Getting off the plane at 1 a.m. and walking 2 minutes the front door of this hotel was worth everything! The room was clean and seemed updated. The front desk staff was so kind, answered all my questions and even kept our car seat behind the desk for us for the night without issue. All in all, a great stay!

I felt it was slightly overpriced for the value, but again, the location is everything and I will absolutely stay here again.

The breakfast was the best part. Totally delicious and the staff there were welcoming, courteous and super helpful. It was a journey to get to the hotel with the luggage, but I was only staying the night since I got in late.

When I entered the room, I did not expect the bed to be right there. I found the room rather tiny, but I was only there to sleep the night. I found it accommodating for only one person, definitely tight for two.

Our flight was delayed by several hours and we didn’t checkin until 3am. So needless to say we were tired and cranky but the checkin was quick and painless!! The breakfast food in the morning was a bonus especially the made to order omelettes!

I think the only few things that weren’t perfect was the coffee machine that is in the breakfast room. It’s confusing to use and overflows and the coffee wasn’t the best tasting. And the towels in the bathroom were limited and quite thin.
