Second time staying at this location Spartan furnishings but clean and comfortable. We knew what to expect. Recently remodeled and you can notice a difference as more people are working there and they offered housekeeping which was before unavailable except on request. Steps from the beach and a cluster of restaurants within walking distance. Quiet side of the island but a grocery store within a 15 minute drive.

Would have like a small table and 2 chairs to be able to eat in. Bed was softer than I was used to but still comfortable.

Nice spot right on the beach. We had a nice big room. The pictures are hard to understand. There's a big shared terrace with loungers and two hot tubs looking over the beach (hotel is kind of on a cliff) but you can walk down stairs to the sand. The hot tubs were a great amenity! It was very windy when we were there, so hard to lounge, but such a short walk to the calm, popular Jobos beach. Staff was kind and worked hard to keep it clean which was hard with all the sand! It's not really in a town, which was disappointing to me, but there are plenty of beachfront restaurants in walking distance and all of the food was good in those places!

Nothing, everything was nice!

First thing we noticed is that they are almost fully sustainable and running on clean Eolic Energy and have Solar Powered water heaters. To us that’s a big plus since we believe in Clean energy and are environmentally conscious. There’s an exclusive parking space included, no extra charge. The facilities were very clean and comfy, The Bed and Pillows were really clean and so comfortable. with Air Conditioning, big T.V. Free Wi-Fi, a beautiful view of the ocean, (the sound of the waves made for a therapeutic Sleep). Two Clean Jacuzzis included with a great view of the Beach and the Surfers. There are plenty of Restaurants and small food trucks at walking distance. The Staff was very attentive and friendly, each and every member of the staff was really nice, and even open to Constructive Criticism and suggestions. They can also tell you the best places and attractions available. There are Caverns nearby, Surfing classes, fishing trips, local artisans, handmade hammocks; This is a Beautiful Island with plenty of Nature to see and Fresh food to eat.

only negative aspect was that the shower was really cold in our room, we know it is solar powered but it seems that the issue was just with our particular room. We told the staff and they were really nice with a positive attitude. They were eager to help.

No breakfast included. The location was perfect, everything was within walking distance (restaurants, beach).

The room didn't have a dresser. I had a problem in checking in cause I booked a room with a balcony thru Booking.com and it didn't go thru, had a regular room, they gave a number for Booking.com but couldn't get thru even when I gave the confirmation number so I ended up staying with the room with no balcony. Was very disappointed with Booking.com for not booking the right room that I paid for.

I love this hotel it have so many restaurant around , place is quiet, relaxing ,beautiful exactly what I was looking, it secure and private I’m definitely coming back and I will recommend this place . Thanks for excelente hotel.

If I have to say anything it’s the hot water I don’t know if it was because they used solar panel but not enough hot water to shower.

Staff where friendly and went above and beyond . Our room was backed up to the lobby entrance and was a little noisy and not so private. I was unable to get in contact with anyone at booking.com to get our reservation changed. The front desk staff took the lead and was able to heget our room reservation changed and the wife and I had a wonderful weekend

The staff was the best

Location and view on the water is spectacular. Comfy beds. Refrigerator was helpful and enjoyed the hot tub. Very close to many restaurants and beach services. Splendid!

Rooms appear to be in the process of updating. Our room was just fine (very clean) but we wish had these things. A shelf in the shower to put things on, and rugs on the floor around the bed to clean feet before hopping in.

The location was outstanding and the staff was very nice and accomodating.

There was construction above the bedroom starting at 9:00 AM in the morning. The other suite I booked for friends didn't have a window so I had to upgrade them.

Price and no fridge or microwave. Basic things that you need especially when is located far away from everything and most stores close early

Once our room reservation was corrected to a proper sea view room, it was a fantastic view. We could hear the waves from our bedroom window. Beautiful!

The first room (original reservation) only had a side view of the ocean and it was right next to the reception office, where other guests would sit right outside the bedroom window. No privacy.
