Very centric, accesible. During the night you really don't have to go out, there's music in the lobby, live music at HR Cafe and on the rooftop bar with ,great view at the top also. 1st floor pool area was pretty, especially during the night.

For a new hotel, needs a little more attention to details, felt like it was open before it was finished. The room was ok, not great, balcony areas full of cement visible with incomplete terminations. Pools are on the small size considering the number of people in the hotel.

The location is great near everything and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel and the rooms have a different style/concept that I like.

On the 6th floor they have activities room where the music is so loud that I could hear it on the 3rd floor, couldn't sleep until midnight that was turn off. They should put sound proof against noise. Beside that was fine. The breakfast buffet is good but expensive ($16.95), will have more patronage if were reasonable like $10.

The hotel really had everything right there; several restaurants on site, two swimming pools, gym, etc. The free onsite car parking was nice. I was surprised when I entered my room and it had powerful aircon on. I was almost too cold from it but it was nice sleeping in warm blanket on a comfortable bed. The TV works well, with captioning working. The hotel is not far from the town centre of Ponce, about 1.7 km away. I had a good sleep at Aloft.

Since I was a single person in the room, this was not really an issue. However, if there are more than one person, the shower is kind of open to the rest of the room except for the partion. If you want privacy, better check to see if you have correct privacy to your requirements.

The hotel is beautiful,inside and out with two pools, saff friendly and helpful.There are two restaurants and other places to eat throughout the hotel. I tried all of them even the bars.Im not a turist,I live 20 minutes from the hotel but i was impressed to see what a beautifull hotel I have so close to home.All ready to make my next stay..Over all recomended .And they are making a Casino so that is going to be my second home.Loved.

Only problem was the door to the balcony, lock was not working.A little worry about that.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was great. The facilities, including the restaurants, were excellent.

The condition of the room’s doors and electricity should be improved.

The concept, restaurants, night entertainment, good rooms

The location is a little ugly… Ponce doesnt have too much entertainment There was not place in the pool without sun. It will be good to have some spaces with big umbrellas or a type of roof

The hotel was recently opened. The location is perfect to visit main point of interest of Ponce. For those Hard Rock Cafe fans, there is the only one available in Puerto Rico. All staff was very friendly and customer oriented. We definitely will stay again.

The pool is small but is OK.

The staff was very accommodating and were very eager to assist with any request. The breakfast was phenomenal. We paid a little extra for the breakfast included and we were not disappointed. We also really enjoyed the fact that they had live band at the Hard Rock Cafe restaurant until 9:30pm. But our favorite thing was the infinity rooftop pool. The kids enjoyed it and we certainly enjoyed it.

There were parts of the hotel that seemed a bit dirty/dusty, but the hotel just opened after being closed due to the pandemic, so it was understanding since the hotel was still understaffed (that's what we were told).

The staff was awesome, friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was a great value with an ample selection. There is live music during the weekends and it makes for a festive hotel, thanks to the Hard Rock Café in the hotel.

Carpets were dirty in many areas. The glowing color changing Hard Rock logo needs to be toned down or stopped during night hours so that nearby rooms are not bothered by the light.

The breakfast was good, the service and attention of the servers was great.

For me was a great experience, definitely and enjoyable staying.
