The staff was courteous and extremely helpful in all situations. They were above and beyond expectations. This area is still recovering from a very recent hurricane and the hotel had to rely on its emergency power plant several times. All electrical services continued working without a hitch. The pool, on an interior courtyard, is sparkling, well maintained and larger than expected. Breakfast was very good and the cooks and staff were great.

Because of the recent hurricane and humidity the room had to be kept cooler than my preference. But I understand this was beyond their control. Extra blankets were provided to keep me comfortable. I just did not expect to be this cool in the tropics.

Not to much staff or security at pool area to maintain the rules, but no big problems happened. Big area and a huge pool. 🥺 The last day, a woman smoking "marihuana" in front of everyone at pool area. So bad because families were here. I told the man in front desk to be aware of this situation. He thank me for the advise. Any other problems, my girl was so happy. Breakfast at time, pool towels, vending machines, food delivery from many places and a quiet place (not too much noice or people yelling in the area). We enjoy the hotel and the amenities in Ponce..

Super friendly Receptionist with efficient check-in. The king bed was comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. We didn't use the pool, but there were a lot of families who looked like they were loving it! Plenty of car parking.

Not a big deal, but the TV didn't work - it would be nice if they could upgrade to smart TVs. They also had a coffee machine in the room, but no coffee and no mugs.

The location was perfect for me to visit my friends and family. Overall a good hotel if you need somewhere to spend the night for a whole week

The rooms are too cold and you are not allowed to make the ac a little more moderate. The restaurant they have is only for breakfast and its only open from 7:00am to 9:00am, they should include lunch.

The hotel was very clean and given the location surprisingly calm and not noisy. my room was very big and had a new carpet. even though it wasn’t possible to sit down for breakfast due to health regulations, the breakfast I received to eat in my room what was quite delicious. staff was very friendly and helpful. although the pool area isn’t exactly a tropical paradise, everything was clean and I had a good time all in all a better experience than I had expected.

the very very long walk to my room 🤣 a short cut through the “game” room would have been nice. Other than that, a very pleasant stay.

I was greeted with a smile from the staff of establishment. There was an error on the room that was selected for my stay, the staff were very efficient to give another room of my choice. Next day, hotel host ask how I feel about the room. I replied that the room was very comfortable. Thank you.

The location close to my sister, la plena i Mara maya I only have breakfast once and it was good. The avena was delicious. People at the counter were great.

The curtain in the bad room smells bad once you get in the bathtub but after that the bad odor disappeared.

The hospitality was great! The staff was very kind and courteous! Front desk staff especially Elaine was very helpful and Prici one of the maids was awesome! Everyone was great! Only one thing I would highly recommend would be to change the bathroom shower head in room 137 other than that all good 👍🏼

Just the bathroom shower head which definitely needs to be replaced.

Staff was wonderful

only thing I didn't like was I went to wash left the clothes washing I left back to the room to clean up a spill of Clorox of the other clothes and one of the staff took out my clothes and that one of her friends wash ande not even being less then 30 min in the room

All the Staff hotel courtesy, services, cleanliness, price very good. Is very confort to stay. The acces to entrance at parking lot. We love the facilities(washer machine & vending macines). Breakfast excelent. Very comfortable to stay.

We don't like guest or visitors drink alcohol in the front or entrance outside inmediatly to the hotel. In the room they need sign(do not disturb); in the pool area (sauna) they need one step more in the future for handycap because it is your depth to enter the sauna.
