Loved that transportation was readily available, helpful staff, 2 restaurants inside and coffee shop. Walking distance from a CVS for all needs and the beach.

Convenient location to everything. Easy walk to the beach, local stores and restaurants. A drive to the Mall of San Juan or Old San Juan was no more than 20 minutes. The staff was great and acted with speed when you called for room service. Also enjoyed the daily breakfast bar each morning and the convenient bar for lunch and drinks.

Property is a little dated. From the outside and from the view of online photos, the property looks brand new but once on-site it was obvious that the hotel has been around for a while. I didn’t like the fact that the bathroom did not have a vent included in it when taking a shower. Nonetheless, the property is maintained very well by the staff and clean.

Having an inclusive breakfast Room size House keeping staff are very quick and responsive when called!! Great customer service from that standpoint. Beautiful pool was great Also having the pool bar and bbq restaurant available on site was awesome. Plus the music blasting all afternoon while relaxing. The 2 restaurants conveniently located on the property The daily Happy hour drinks for residents Proximity to the beach and the beach services provided by hotel

The hot breakfast options were very limited. When we checked in the linens in the sofa bed were not clean Not enough bathrooms supplies provided for 4 people despite having made advance reservations for 4. We had to call house keeping on 2 occasions to come refresh our room/supplies, change/clean linens, otherwise it seemed like they would not come through. Noticed that room service trays left outside of guests rooms was not picked up in a timely fashion. Pool could be cleaner plus having more umbrellas available to guests would be great considering the intense sun in the area. The pool Bar and music closing at 5:30pm is ridiculous when the pool itself closes at 9pm.

Breakfast was Delicious Room was Clean Staff was Friendly and welcoming Only downside was I was there for one night. Check in at 8pm and check out at 8;30.

Looks can be deceiving from the front of the hotel and its proximity to the highway. I was delightfully surprised when I walked in the doors and saw how massive the hotel was. My stay was short so I wasn't able to enjoy all of the perks that the hotel offers. Missed the free breakfast because our flight was so early. They offer a happy hour with 2 drinks for each day you are there. The pool with the live dj was a great addition and the hot tub temp was just right! The pool is open until 11p (I wouldn't suggest having your children in the pool when it gets dark) becomes more of an adult zone. The room was well appointed and the bed was comfy!

I didn't get to stay long enough to enjoy it.

The breakfast was excellent & the location was great. Walking distance to the beach & restaurants & 5 minutes drive from the airport. Staff was so friendly & helpful each one we encountered were very nice.

Minor things I noticed although stay was great. There was a big noticeable stain on the carpet. My tv didn't work in the bedroom (not that we needed it). The compartment for the towels were dusty.

The location was excellent and the amenities made this hotel an excellent destination. There are a plethora of restaurants in walking distance. There is a supermarket and CVS in walkable distance. Highway access is super close and the hotel is 10-15 away from the airport. I love my stay and I highly recommend it to others.

I did not like the two mornings that I was awakened from my sleep by the loud music being played by the corporate occupant of room 704. The beach amenities were a reasonable distance from the hotel, however, the lack of bathroom facilities made the experience unpleasant. Lastly, a food tray remained outside of room 702 for two days. I had to shared this information twice over several hours before the condition was corrected.

The location was perfect. Near beach and major road ways. Walking distance to some good restaurants and the always needed drug store (apothecary). Perfect size for my party of 5. The staff was amazing and accommodating. Breakfast and Happy Hour were good but limited. I would pay a little more for better choices. On-site restaurants were great, and the service staff was outstanding. The pool is lovely. The poolside food fare was okay, and Tiki bar fun with great drinks. The front desk team was outstanding. Housekeeping was incredibly responsive. Our keyless entry stopped working, and the maintenance team came quickly to replace the battery. The property, overall, was extremely comfortable. I will stay there again.

The rooms are dated, and some furniture and fixtures are worn. Previous guests have loved the shine right out of their suites. I think it's time for some renovations. The pull out sofa was great to have but uncomfortable. ES -- Go the extra mile and get a better quality mattress.
