First time at a hostel. I was afraid that it wouldn't be clean. However, Nomada proved me wrong. Hostel was always clean, the bathrooms were always clean. A big shoutout to the lovely people who do the job of keeping the hostel clean, thank you! The beds had their privacy curtains which added to the coziness of the dorms. It was also a quiet stay. Everyone I stayed with were respectful of the space. No loud noises. Slept a lot! The beach is a four-minute walk across the bridge. Perfect for catching the sunrise.

Only thing I found weird was having to share three bathrooms with both men and women even though I was in the all-female dorm. However, I never felt unsafe as everyone there was respectful of each other.

The hostel has a wonderful structure and is located close to the beach and restaurants.

The women's and men's showers are together.

It has a great location, great employees, it was always cleaned by the maintenance guy, the staff even played with the guest’s, during the night by the pool. There are places to buy good food, at a walking distance. They also have a kitchen we’re you can actually prepare your own food. There are also bar’s on sight and if you go buy car, you’ll have a lot of other places to eat at and have fun. It was a great escape and was able to do everything I planned. Didn’t use the pool, because of the rain. Other than that I was impressed. Very cozy.

Maybe they can add some critters or typical foods to offer there guest’s, so that they don’t have to go out wondering we’re to eat. Other than that, it was perfect.

Unfortunately for me, the one morning I tried to get breakfast, they had none available. Which was a real disappointment because the only thing on the cafe menu was bagels cream cheese or butter. So, the one item advertised was not available. Fail.

The room I stayed in did not have a good shower. It was clean and spacious, which truly, cleanliness is the most important part. There was no water pressure and the shower head didn't flow correctly. Clearly the head itself could use a proper deep clean or a completely new one.

Staff was overly welcoming and friendly. Walking distance to a great beach and a few restaurants. Easy Uber distance from airport (I paid $7 one way and $12 the other way). Amazing food at the Vagabond speakeasy next door if you have the budget - grilled octopus is in my top 10 of all time. Nicely appointed rooms and kitchen; they thought of everything you might need. Would definitely stay here again.

Saw a few baby cockroaches in my room but it's tropical so not surprising. The room felt very clean overall.

There was no breakfast included, but it was a common kitchen area where you could keep and prepare your food. It was also a restaurant and bar connected to the Hostel, but I did not try it. It look very nice though. The best thing was the pool and the big common area with chairs, bar and different sitting areas. I spent only one night here and it was very convenient going to the airport the next day. I spent the whole day inside by the pool and went only out for eating. It was coffee shops, dining places and shop in a walking distance. The main road was just outside the door, but you could not hear the traffic. I would really recommend this place :)

Nothing to complain about

Other guests were great. People in mixed dorms were respectful and tried to adhere to quiet times. Almost all the staff were very accommodating and tried to resolve any issues.

Steps off the highway, throughout the day you would hear horns and truck air horns. No activities at the hostel, seemed more intent to have people go offsite. One staff member, long braided hair, very unhelpful. Always treated guests like they were bothering her.

I loved how clean it was. The staff was professional and courteous. A big thank you to Henry and Sara for their kindness ❤️ the pool was very nice. There were so many areas to hang out, depending on what you were looking for. There are bathrooms outside and a changing room which helps a lot. The kitchen was big, modern, had everything, and was very clean. My visit was almost perfect.

My bed was very uncomfortable. It was a bunk bed. It made a lot of noise every time I slightly moved, disturbing the person below me. It made me very anxious because this person made it very clear I was bothering. I asked for a different bed but was told there was not one available? It didn't make sense because there were 10 beds, and only 4 were used the whole time I was there. I would still return. I loved it otherwise.

This was my second time staying at this location and I cannot say enough positive things about them. From the staff to the room, everything was perfect! I always let friends know about my stay here and how welcoming everyone is. Can't wait to stay here again. My room was very clean and spacious.

My bunk was a little squeaky so I tried not to move as much to not wake up the person on the bottom bunk :')

Nomada was a great place to stay for a quick getaway to Puerto Rico. We stayed in the voyager room - private queen bed with attached bath. The value was unbelievable! A quick 5 minute walk to the beach (so long as you are able to climb the stairs of the pedestrian bridge over the highway), clean bedding, and accessible to bus stops and Ubers. I felt safe and comfortable at Nomada and LOVED that there is a restaurant right next door (Nomada guests receive a 15% discount)!

It would have been nice to have shampoo/conditioner readily available! I ended up going to Walgreens down the street to get some.
