We loved waking up to the view of the ocean and the sound of the water lapping the shore. Having a kitchen to prepare coffee and a light breakfast and beach snacks was a big plus. Being able to take a few steps from the building and be right on the beach was amazing! The staff were all super helpful.

We were sad that the pool was out of order but in the end the beach was more than wonderful. There was a near constant smell of marijuana coming through the ventilation system from another unit which was really quite maddening. I wished that the bedroom windows could have opened for some fresh air.

Clean spacious apartment Comfy large bed. Well managed by an attentive manager. Beach on your doorstep. Lots of towels and a washing machine. Well equipped property.

The fact that the pool has been closed and under maintenance for over 2 months. But appreciate this is out of the hands of the manager and owner of the apartment.

I really loved how spacious the place was, it was cleaned up well and organized neatly.

The couch felt a bit sticky and so did some of the pillows on the couch.

Our studio was perfect! The location was ideal & it was very apparent that great care was taken in preparing the room. The room & the building overall was very clean & really felt like a 2nd home. Communication was great! If I had a question about anything, response was quick & personable. The owner was very kind & reassuring that everything was ready for our arrival, which turned out to be later than expected due to travel delay…& it was! This was my 1st trip to P.R. & our stay at ESJ was the best hands down. We intend to come back & ESJ is definitely where we’d love to stay on our next trips there. Thanks for making a very special trip even more memorable

The elevator could be a bit unpredictable in its stops…not unsafe, just would skip our floor sometimes.

The property was kept clean at all times The restaurants and markets were walking distances away.

perhaps that it doesn’t have the free beach comforts that other hotels have included with the stay. Also the pool would have been a bonus if it wasn’t under construction.

Location is great, the view from the room is breath taking, the room is a little dated, but it was clean and was easy to do check in and out.

Maybe the place needs more towels, there is no room service so they should offer more items to make your staying even more comfortable. And no swimming pool.

The disrepair. Door off the hinges on third floor. Garbage shoot needs repair. Pool wasn’t available.

The cable T.V.. was not working properly. The picture quality was not great on both of the T.V. s, but was not very important to me.
