It was quite convenient for our last minute get away it is close to the airport has a restaurant downstairs and is in walking distance to other restaurants a mini plaza is 8 minutes walk. They also has daily housekeeping.

This was not a luxury trip I just wanted somewhere to sleep so it was convenient. I found the pool when I was ready to leave please let guest know about the amenities at check in

Great customer service, my 1st room had a dirty bed and no remote, so I went to the front desk, and they gave me a suite housekeeping came every morning. The location was great.

1st room was a mess super dirty. Once we got a suite it was great.

Close to main roads, beaches, etc. Very close to the San Juan Airport, accessible to most atractions.

Go to say, room smell funny, kind of either pesticide or wood glue, I dont know, I was so tired that I just fell asleep. First time in here this happens, being here before and never ocurred.

The beds were very comfortable, and the ac was working a little too well. Had a private parking. The water pressure was amazing. Had a 2 restaurant attached to the entery.

The bedroom furniture was old and the bathroom was very small. The ac did not have the control.

The location is great, we were only 2 blocks away from the ocean. There are many restaurants in walking distance, staff was friendly and welcoming. The price is worth it, while the facilities may need some updating the room was clean.

I didn't mind it but others might, it is close to the airport and you can hear airplanes take off frequently but I knew that going into booking the hotel. People complain about the elevator, it works just is slow.

The staff was amazing. The front desk clerk, the security guard and the maid were very friendly and accommodating. The room was simple, beds were comfortable and we even had a small refrigerator. While there was no power and no water in most of the island, the hotel had the coldest air conditioner and running water. We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

It was our second time there, so we knew the hotel already. We got fridge in the rooms ( we asked and they delivered ). Payment was smooth, the staff are helpful. We enjoyed the pool very much.

Really good location, 3 minutes walking to the beach and lots of good restaurants around walking distance as well, nice swimming pool and the staff very friendly. Definitely I will come back.

The connecting restaurant staff was more interested in visiting with their co-workers than giving any attention to their customers. So I never ate there because the service was so bad :(

the property it’s in a great are. right by the airport very convenient with places to visit, 15 min to viejo San Juan and morro.

it’s an old property. only allows one car by room which it’s very inconvenient as they allow up to 4 people in the room.
