There is a heated pool - wonderful to stay at in the south winter time.. We could also participate in Aquagym courses in that pool. In the late afternoon we could just walk outside to the beach to watch the sundown

More variety in the breakfast would be great.

The staff were very helpful and very nice. Well situated. We had bus stop close to the hotels and managed to travel around the island with the well organised bus logistics

Can't complain. Globally it was value for money.

Lagon et piscines

Location is great and the outside facilities were alright. Food was good as well.

The rooms were outdated. Very old furniture and bathroom. The room was full of mosquitoes, and we could not use the terrace because of the insects or air the room!

Location of the hotel

Not many staff in hotel to help with luggage. You have to handle your own luggage to the room. Also no greeting when reach hotel.

Helpful staff, well organized dining arrangements.

The room was only cleaned once every three days and the floor was never cleaned properly.

A bit outdated rooms

No outside light on our terrace (room 175) Riz chauffé at breakfast not hot enough No welcome drink offered upon arrival No swimming pool towels provided to us but other customers seemed to have them Mistake in our room reservation. we were given a triple room instead of a room for 4 that we had reserved . when we complained to reception we were first told nothing could be done . An hour later another member of staff did find us a room for 4 but no help was offered to move our luggage from the first room to the second one and no compensation was offered for our trouble. Impolite staff member at the welcome desk of the breakfast restaurant talking on the phone and ignoring customers waiting to be seated. We were asked not to leave beach towels by the pool but other customers did and « reserved » over 20 deck chairs whilst we were at breakfast . This rule should have been enforced

The pool, the greenery the general atmosphere. The main hotel area with the wooden structure were very beautiful. (Nature). Food was also great.

We did not like all the surrounding noice. We could hear everything from the neighbours and corridor noise. At our arrival our locking door was broken and one of the drinking cup was dirty. It is not pleasant to find lots of rubbish in the corridor ar your arrival. It puts us off.
