The room was really comfortable with a closed balcony. The bed was a big one and we were amazed by its width. The pool is a nice heated one and the entertainment was top during the week end. The breakfast was excellent!

On the first day we had been assigned a room which was very hard to get to. Our age and physical condition did not permit too many steps up. Fortunately, the lady at the reception shifted us and our stay was then a dream. Big thumb up for the staff.

The staff were really friendly and helpful particularly the bar and reception staff

Many steps to rooms. They could have a luggage trolley to take suitcases part of the way. Hotel school students, didn't always give correct information

the cleaniless of the room and the toilet.the bathroom was very old and have odors.

Positive The Swimmingpool was big and not too deep. Even my wife liked to join the water. Negative Too many people in there, they allowed 30, I counted 40, but most kids. There is parking for handicaped.

Too crowdy Pool. I booked this room for our visitors, a couple with one child. There is no elevator but a very long walking up to the rooms from reception. We had breakfast 08:30h for €15,00 pP on sunday morning together. This was really ugly. In a short time buffet was empty and you had to ask seperately for this and that.

This is a family hotel. It is not for other tourists during school holidays. We had nowhere to meet with friends for dinner or drinks because the PA and family activities took over the hotel and the pool. The hotel is on a very steep slope and has many many many steps to reach your room. There is no lift, ramp, or person to help with luggage. We asked reception where we could hire snorkelling gear and they did not know. In the end we found a dive shop near the beach by ourselves.

Nothing. It was a blind buy and it turned out to be a bad one!

Not worth the money they ask (more than 100 euros per night which was very expensive… Considering…. 1. The location. Far from St Gilles proper and up-hill (better put a rock underneath your wheel!) 2. The location. The block of rooms (Camelia) I was to stay at was located even further uphill after a maze of pathways with conflicting signs and directions 3. The quality of the bedroom. Poor. In the bathroom, the sink was cracked through old age and poor maintenance (generations of neglecting customers), the plumbing made obvious once you sat on the toilet, a trap door opened in the tub, a trash can was devoid of the bottom so whatever you put inside fell on the floor…
