The outstanding view over the city is really worth it. The rooms are quite comfortable and spacious. The breakfast is excellent and the staff is so kind and helpful, particularly Ms Laurence and Ms Lola and Mr Alexandre and Mr Zaidou. They managed to solve all the problems that came up always in a kind and professional way. Congrats to them.

No restaurants or supermarkets nearby. The hotel do not disturb policy is a bit strange because when you put the sticker on the door means neither you want to be bothered nor the staff to go into your room. However, they will call you to ask if you want cleaning, disturbing you if you’re sleeping. The do not disturb stickers easily fly away from the door because of the wind. They should be changed. The hotel provides one bottle of water per stay, even if you stay only one day or five days. Personally, I think that if the guests stay longer, they should being given more.

Staying in this apartment compared to the other place we stayed at in St Dennis was definitely an upgrade.it was comfortable and had everything described and more. The bonus was the amazing welcome we got from the owner and talking us through everything even with the language barrier she tried by explaining using Google translate.The place is fully equipped with everything you need. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay there!

Directions to the apartment for us was a bit challenging as we struggled to find which apartment block it was but we messaged the owner and she met us there so not really a negative.

Location and parking facilities very good

We stay in 4* or 5 * hotels each time and it's the first time that water bottle was given only on the first night and not refilled each day that we were staying. Despite the man saying that the tap water is not consumable and having asked the man to please give us water for each day we were saying, they did not do so. The hand held shower head is the worst one that we've had so far, it was so unpractical to use. The pool and outside area was lacking of cosiness and not as shown as in the pics. The hotel definitely needs some renovation works

Comfortable bed The front office staff who did my check in and check out on 1st and 2nd jan was very friendly. I wish management can appreciate and recognise his effort in creating a positive customer care. I forgot to take his name but he was a decent man. Keep it up

For this trip everything was perfect. Maybe the price could range between eur 90 for classic and eur 110 for executive

The rooms were clean.

The bed was not so comfortable, The toilet also needs to be looked at, it continuously leaks water and make a dripping sound. (Room 206)

Fantastic service at reception! Everybody was incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially Alan helped us so so much by placing a number of calls for us and organizing a whole lot for us. Amazing guy!!! Amazing breakfast buffet with a large selection and excellent service. Nice pool and terrace.

Location of Swimming pool, too centrally located in the hotel. Not warm water, water too cold to swim

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

It was 2 single bed joined together thus made it a bit a bit clumpsy
