Great stay at Prinz Gregor. Friendly people and happy to help. Comfort of our room. Everything is new, finely decorated, spacious and spotless clean. Convenient parking. Main attractions in the old city center are within walkable distance (Piata Sfatului, Black Church, String Street, First Romanian School, Timpa). Breakfast is delicious, fresh and so many things, hot or cold, to choose from. Homemade cookies, pancakes, frittata and cheese plate were so nice. As we had to leave early, well before breakfast time, we’ve been given something to go. So attentive. Recommend it!

Paid parking spot in the premises (was announced before so we were ok with it) , but you can use the parking spot from outside which is 2 times cheaper

Modern hotel 5 minutes walk from all the bars and restaurants , parking available for 50 lei which is a blessing in Brasov as it is always busy .Super clean and very nice designed rooms , plenty of space and good sized bathroom .Breakfast offered a good choice with hot and cold food available .

No air conditioning in bedroom so we had to leave the window open all night .

Delicious coffee and the breakfast was excellent. It starts at 7:30 on weekdays and at 8:00 on weekends - as a personal preference, I would have preferred an earlier breakfast. Very clean, very nice room - I loved it. Excellent staff, very obliging.

The reception area is very small. There isn't a proper lounge (like in all other hotels), nowhere to sit if you need to wait for a taxi, a friend, etc., for half an hour. In the reception, there are only two chairs. The distance between the chair and the receptionist's desk is one meter, one and a half meters. It is the only shabby aspect of the hotel.

The location is very close to the Black Church, about a 5-minute walk. We really liked it, the staff is extremely kind and helpful, the rooms are modern and really clean. Also nice and warm during winter. The breakfast is also great, with so much variety - eggs, pancakes, all sort of pastry, cheese, salami, vegetables, cereals, yoghurt. We had everything while staying here. 😬 Definitely recommend. 💯

I liked all from first steps in the garden of the hotel. Staff is nice and friendly, rooms and building seems that are fresh renovated and looks great. Bathroom materials were great also. Breakfast was delicious and stuff from kitchen were very kind and respectful. I am very pleased!

Summer garden terrace seems to be not finalized or it is looking messy, some construction materials were there.

I enjoyed everything, here are some details. Location: don't know if it is considered to be in the old city centre, but at least right next to it, at a short relaxed five minute walk from the venue and all the commotion. If one had a drink too many or an abundant dinner, this helps Parking: inner court parking lot of at least ten spots (I got number ten), there might be more, not sure though. Room: everything was in perfect order and working, spacious, clean, quiet, amenities, breakfast etc Staff: this is what came on top of everything else, professional and considerate to some out of the ordinary needs, kudos to them

The staff were exceptional. Ana was very friendly and helpful. I was very early arriving and they looked after my bags at reception before I checked in while I went out in a trip. I was going to get back late from my trip and just to be on the safe side they took my bags up to my room for me and stayed in touch with me with assistance in case I missed the front desk. They were so friendly and very helpful. The location was excellent and convenient for the sites of the old down. It was easy to reach by public transport from the main railway station. The room and bathroom were huge and really nice with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was lovely with excellent choices. It was an absolute bargain aswell.

I cannot fault anything about this hotel. The hotel and it's lovely staff exceeded my expectations.

The hotel has a modern and minimalist aspect. I got a double room which is really big for a couple; nice bathroom; room always cleaned. Has an inside limited parking lot (paid per day) and a nice breakfast room. Really close to the city center, less than 10min. The staff was kind all the time.

The parking lot, since is inside I understand that is paid and has only a few spots, but could be cheaper at least. I don't know if smoking is allowed inside the hotel, I really didn't pay attention to this information, but on my floor for a couple of days, unfortunately I could smell a strong odor of cigarette. For a non smoker this is not good.
