Incredibly friendly staff, good breakfast selection and great location. Comfortable beds and good facilities.

Sound proofing can be improved, I.e. being woken up by drilling and hammering sounds coming from an adjacent room is not the most pleasant, especially not on a Saturday. The bathroom had all comfort, but is on the small side. The complementary water was not refilled, but one can buy water at the bar.

The location is right in the city center. Everything is brand new and nicely decorated. Excellent breakfast and service. Above everything, the politeness and professionalism of the staff really gave me that 5* feeling.

The parking area is a little bit too far from the hotel but for Brașov city center (Old Town) which is very crowdy, it's ok.

The hotel has all the facilities you need when you are on holiday. We got an upgrade for our room. The room was ok and very spacious. The bathroom was very nice. The staff was helpfull when we had questions. The breakfast is nice.

The hotel is ok but is missing charm. It is a typical ‘hotelfeeling’ in contrast to some other hotels in Roemenie. The location is good, but when you arrive there with your car, there is no place to park in front to leave your luggage. The parking cost is also too high for Roemenian norms.

Room, Reception staff and Facilities

The reception staff were amazing and very helpful however one of the security guards on site was very rude. It was a saturday night and we were waiting for an uber that was taking forever to arrive. We were a little loud and he came over and questioned if we are staying at the hotel then when told we do and showed the room cards for our multiple rooms he suggested we should "go upstairs and sleep". This was after we told him we ordered an uber and we are waiting for it in the lobby.

Very comfortable beds, clean and stylish rooms, great pool, perfect location.

The quality of the service of the staff in the pool bar was very varied. Sometimes they would bring you the menu, sometimes they would not. Sometimes they would disappear for 15-30 minutes. During our stay there was a fire alarm, and when we asked them where to evacuate, and they appeared untrained, and more concerned about getting our room number (for the billing) than directing us to the emergency exit. The staff was super nice. Like really really nice people. They made our stay comfortable in every way. The hotel’s design is great too. People who appreciate design and the attention to detail will love this hotel. Breakfast was delicious. Had a wide variety of foods. Location is perfect. It’s very central within walking distance from the main square and the Black Church. Probably 5-7 minutes walk away. There’s a park with playground for kids right across the street. The hotel was very clean and the room included everything we could possibly need. And my favorite thing was the view from the rooftop bar and pool. It has beautiful views over Brasov’s rooftops and surrounding mountains. We will surely return every time when visiting Brasov

excellent staff good breakfast

The breakfast was good and the location central to some nice area's of the city. The staff were friendly and knowledgable and spoke English with no issues. The rooms were really nicely decorated and clean and modern. Really enjoyed staying at the hotel and was worth every penny.

There were no issues at this hotel. It is one of the nicest hotels that I have stayed at. I wouldn't change anything regarding the hotel.

Very nice hotel, good value for money (probably cheapest Radisson I ever stayed in), excellent soundproofing of the room not only towards the exterior but also against the interior coridor (that usually noone cares of), professional staff, excellent location in the city center. The handwritten welcome note is a really nice touch

We did not had breakfast as we left early, however I feel it was also a bit pricey for Romania - and also comoared with the room price

The hotel is very comfortable, the location is 10 out of 10, the historic city center is within walking distance. Especially for me was very satisfied, that there were several sockets to charge my devices (usb/usb C + wireless phone charger)

There is no private parking from the hotel, we had to look for a parking place for a quite long time
