The girl at reception are very helpful and nice. The room was spacious , quite confortable and with a small fridge. The breakfast is quite varied , many food to choose. The decoration of the hotel itself.

There is no lift! Very disturbing to climb with a heavy suitcase. The breakfast room chairs are uncomfortable and in a small room.

The location is great, the staf is friendly, the breakfast is good and the restaurant is nice, cosy and has a nice view to the old town streets which I like a lot. Good value for money. I recommend if you are not too picky.

The hotel is quite old, the flour creaks... If you make a reservation for a specific room you might have the surprise that your room was already given to someone else. Even if I had the written confirmation for that room, it happend to me this time, but the receptionist was very friendly and she tried to find the best solution. In the second night she moved us in a very nice room with a nice view.

It's very atmospheric and charming. Done out to a really high spec while being tasteful and in keeping with a traditional style. The lady on reception was lovely and really helpful. It's in the heart of Brasov. Perfect location. The restaurant downstairs is stunning, like some sort of art display.

Don't use the laundry service. It's crazily expensive. They use an external company that overcharges. The hotel don't make any profit on it apparently. They just use a super expensive company.

No elevator if you have heavy luggage

The hotel is really nice. Small but cosy and clean rooms. Comfortable beds.

You need to be aware that there's no elevator and there is no parking. You need to park your car on the street but hotel pays for that.

The hotel staff was very polite and helpfull, the location was excellent, right in the old city. The room and the bathroom were large and clean. The breakfast was good.

there is no parking space :( not the hotel’s fault though, as it is in the city centre but something to be mindful about. it’s also very difficult to find parking available in the area.

Great, central location near Piata Sfatului. Very cosy, spacious and clean room. Friendly staff. Rich breakfast.

The cleaning lady could be more careful with our stuff. We asked for breakfast to go before leaving (we had to go early). The receptionist wrote our requests, but in the morning there was no package for us and the cook said he didn't know about our request.

It was very cosy, comfortable and the location was perfect. The breakfast buffet was also 1 of the best I’ve experienced in Romania.

The floors creak a lot. It makes a huge noise when walking to and from your room, as well as around the room.

We were here the second time. Last time we had a room on the top floor which was a bit small. This time we were in a room on the first floor (111) which was spacious and had a great view. Will come back!

The lighting could be a bit better in the bathroom.
