The boutique hotel... a dream. It is the first location when pictures cannot capture reality. The warmth and fragrance of this location cannot be shown in pictures. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Super diversified breakfast for all (sic) tastes. In English, French, Romanian style, fruits, vegetables, fruit juices, vegetables and detox, cheese specialties, pastry and bakery products. In conclusion, a dream stay. I recommend!

Beautiful room. Just Beautiful! Well thought out. Loved the use of technology, the relaxing music playing in our room during the day, the furnishings, the location - just off the high traffic area so the nights are a bit quieter, the staff who were incredibly helpful. Just wish we'd stayed here both nights during our time in Brasov. Would love to go back just to stay at Schuster again!

The ONLY downside was the amount of noise you could hear from INSIDE the hotel - We could easily hear and were actually woken up by the couple and their child talking and running up and down the halls early in the morning, and the we could also hear very loud walking from the unit overhead. Other than that it was a dream.

Amazing place, definitely looking to come again in the future. Great staff, from the receptionists to the people who were serving the breakfast. The room was superb, we enjoyed our stay there.

Nothing

It’s hard to review such a beautiful place. On our travel through Romania, we had 8 hotels. None of them came close to this gem in the centre of Brasovs pedestrian area. The warm design, the welcoming staff, the attention to detail, the relaxing rooftop terrace and a small but outstanding breakfast menu made us feel at home. If anything, the location directly on the street is not ideal, but the street is not busy and the windows keep away the noise. But coming home after a day of exploration and the music in your suite awaits you to relax with a nice glass of wine. And later on, a large comfortable bed with thick curtains that keep out the street lights. Needless to say, we will be back.

Everything! The friendliness of the staff...reception and dining room gals at breakfast. Absolutely loved the room...very roomy and had an exceptional shower!

I travelled to Brasov so many times and this is certainly the best place to stay in the city! The hotel is cozy, exquisite and really quiet if you need to work or simply relax. For the pet owners out there, you can bring your furry friend along in exchange for a daily fee. My dog had equally enjoyed his stay and felt welcomed by everyone. The staff was extremely friendly and constantly making sure that we were being cared for. The whole experience made me feel like I was at home, not in a hotel. Breakfast was fabulous, with plenty of vegetarian options. I cannot wait to come here again!

The staff was exceptional, they were kind and professional and also I appreciate the attention to all the details, design wise. The building is beautiful, with great location in the historic city center of Brasov. Through our window room we could see the Tampa mountain with the Brasov sign, which was really magical. The room had a lot of technology and I must mention the lighting - a lot of ambient lights which create such a nice mood.

There is no parking on site, but it is understandable being located in the historic city center.

It's so beautiful place, interesting project and ambience (!), new constructed in 100 years old building, excellent service & staff, delicious breakfast , next door to most important tourist places, roof terrace with gorgeous old town view. It should has 5***** stars ... nothing to complain at all. No parking place -> but we found solution : there is guarded garage car parking (300 places, no problem with space) next door to Military Hospital - about 10 minutes walk from hotel, fee the same as fee on the street. (3lei/hour) - no stress and no hassle.

It’s a nice place to stay when you’re passing through Brasov or you have a small holiday. The location is perfect for Brasov, very close to a lot of attraction places, which are mandatory to visit. The room was nice and clean, but taking into consideration how is looking the whole property , it can offer more things to make you feel comfortable. The breakfast was good and you can choose from a lot of things. On the 4th floor you can access the roof, where you will have a very nice view over the Brasov city and can understand more about the architecture of the place.

Generally the whole experience was nice, but I felt that the property can offer more (we stayed in a junior suit), it is hard to understand why we didn’t find the bathrobes, we didn’t ask for after, but once you stay in a place like this I’m thinking that it is mandatory to have them ready to wear.

The most fashionable hotel have ever stayed in Romania. Very close to the city center. Tasty breakfast!
