The hotel was in a great location, incredibly clean, had a pleasant courtyard, and above all, an extremely friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent and extensive, with a buffet and omelets. The bed was large and comfortable. The room was spacious, and even though the style wasn’t quite my taste, it was still well done.

My only complaint was the extreme lack of wall sockets/outlets in the room. Maybe I didn’t notice something, and I forgot to ask the staff, but I had to unplug a lamp to charge my phone and there were no USB outlets. There’s also no elevator, so the hotel isn’t wheelchair accessible (again, not an issue for me).

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The hotel is located in a quiet and central location in Bucharest. Room is nice, comfortable, and clean. Interior and style are beautiful. The part I liked the most with my stay is the staff. They are smiling, friendly and helpful. I am already planning my next holiday to Bucharest and I will definately stay here again. A+ service and comfort!

Both the room and the premises were very clean. Very easy check in and out process. The people who run the hotel are very polite, friendly and professional. I had to check out very early to catch an early flight and I was going to miss breakfast and so they made me a packed breakfast to take with me. This was great and I really appreciated it! Breakfast was nice, with plenty of options to choose from. WiFi was good, with strong signal.

The hotel is located in a quiet site, it is located about 10 minutes by foot from the Piata Romana Metro Station, the hotel itself is very good and the room that I have stayed in, it has been marvellous, clean, with a very good AC and also a very good shower. Regarding the staff, Bogdan and Flory are amazing people, big-hearted, lovely, kind and polite. The breakfast is simply fantastic, and Flory makes the best omelet I have eaten in my life (I recommend ham and cheese).

Every single member of staff was so lovely and really no request was too much for them. The breakfast was good and the room smelt really clean. It is very close to a fab restaurant (sera Eden) and not too far from the Old Town.

There was a little discoloration of the grout in the shower but this did not detract from how cosy and clean the place felt. I would have loved some hair conditioner (but having stayed in two other hotels in Romania I don't think it is something that is normally provided)

We had a great stay! Being just 10 minutes from Ateneu and 15 minutes from the Old City is convenient. Plus, having the Metro station just a 5-minute walk from the hotel is a bonus. The breakfast was very good. The stuff indeed politely

The bed was comfortable, but it creaked with every movement, disturbing my wife. The hotel doesn't have a lift, and the stairs are quite uncomfortable. We had issues both upon arrival and departure while carrying our luggage. But I must mention that we are not so young couple

People at Hotel Boutique Monaco are really excellent in hosting and listening to the customers requests. The breakfast buffet is small but most important things are there and additionally they offered to prepare something on the spot which turned out to be delicious. Bravi! The rooms, even the smallest ones, are welcoming, warm, clean and comfortable. I recommend this hotel.

It's really hard to say something I didn't like... in fact there isn't, but if I have to say just one thing, in my room there was only one plug socket and it was in the bathroom so having to charge phones, the computer, etc. it turned out to be a bit complicated, but it's really a minor thing, i really liked this hotel.

The room was nicely decorated, very cozy and clean with all commodities required for a short-term stay. The room is equipped with individual bathroom and airco, so quite comfortable for short summer getaway. The hotel is close to public transport and can be easily reached from the airport by bus. Overall, if I go to Bucharest again, I will book this property again.

As we stayed there in the summer, there were some bugs in the room, so don't leave your door and windows open for too long.

It was a new structure with a very good furnishings. The room was good structured with an entrance that split bedroom and bathroom, the bed was very comfortable. The room was very quietly, no noises from the nearly street and from other rooms. Very appreciate the very fast free wifi and the international TV. The roommates were very kindly and so throuthful.

The only suggestion I have to do is, We stayed for a week and the bedding linen was never changed, if you would have changed it, you will have been the best hotel service. The breakfast is more salty against sweety but very complete buffet.

The breakfast was superb! There were so many different options and the staff offered to cook us fresh omlettes with ham and cheese which were really delicious. The location of the hotel is excellent and is situated close to the heart of Bucharest's Old Town. You are just a short walk from various popular tourist attractions. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I thought the beds were very cosy and soft, I really enjoyed a good nights sleep! The bathrooms were clean and the showers are nice and have hot water.
