A wonderful hotel in the heart of the city. Great atmosphere, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, a very good breakfast. It's good value for money. The receptionist who received us the day of the arrival was just marvellous. 😊 We can only recommend it und would definitely come back. 🙂

Our room was not cleaned once during our stay of three days, only the trash cans were emptied on the second day, this ist just inadmissible. We traveled with family friends, they were in another floor and didn't have this problem. Their room was cleaned regularly, beds made, tea and coffee reloaded when they ran out. I mean the problem we had was obviously a lazy maid on our floor and not the hotel itself, the hotel is great.

Hotel was clean, the staff was very polite and the location was in a good neighborhood and close to many things.

The only thing I didnt like was that there wasn't much hot water and the water didnt even get hot as desired.

Great location right next to Calea Victoriei. Very nice staff as well. It does have 2 parking spaces but you need to reserve in advance. My room was the single one with the windows facing a wall but they did warn me about that. Aircon worked very well and the bed as actually 1 and a half so very comfortable for 1 person.

The furniture is a bit old and the room fridge did not really keep things cold inside. It would be nice to have a nicer area outside to relax but I understand that space is limited due to the great location.

This hotel is lovely! It feels like an old house in France! The room was spacious, the bathroom was very large and clean.

I did not like that check-in was at 5:00 PM. We arrived in Bucharest a few hours earlier and could not shower or relax because the room was not available. 5:00 PM is very late for a check-in. Also, given the unreasonable timing, our check-out was at noon. Not even 10 hours total to catch our breath.

A hidden gem at the very center of Bucharest. Front desk staff was friendly and with good communication skills before check-in as well as during our stay. The hotel is located at a very central area of the city with easy access on foot to the airport bus line, all the main touristic attractions, lots of restaurants, cafes and bars. A few meters away a 24/7 big supermarket, a pharmacy etc The room and the bathroom was specious and clean, well equipped with every day housekeeping. Mattress was comfy, double pillows will fit all needs. WiFi signal is strong in all areas, providing high speed access to the Internet. Breakfast buffet was more than sufficient, compliments to Mr. who was smiley, friendly and fast on keeping everything clean and organized at the breakfast room. Excellent value for money, congratulations to the team.

Minor small details, like more power outlets in the room, although it is solved with a power strip. They don't provide breakfast in-a-box for early departures from the hotel which would be very helpful. We were promised something like a yogurt or fruits prior to arrival, but the night receptionist didn't manage to get us something. Nothing serious to blame though.

Hotel was very nice but I had to change it due to a family with four children who were simply impossible to cohabitate with in the same building. Banging on doors, screaming, crying, and the parents having no issue with it. The front desk tried to make things right but couldn't. At least the hotel gave me my money back, which was nice. It was the first time in 10 years of travel that I had to change hotels at 20:30 at night because of other guests being too loud and rude.

Doors need to be changed, one shut door can be heard throughout the hotel, you simply cannot get some rest especially with neighbours who've got kids.

Check in was fast. Friendly staff. 24 hrs reception, clean and just 15 minutes walk to old town.

Stayed for just one night before travelling back home. I was literally given the first room right next to the reception. Very difficult to fall asleep with all the noise from the street, I felt like I was literally in the street. And could basically hear everything from the guests entering and leaving the building.

Very nice location that although next to Major roads is quietly situated. Simple breakfast room but good value for money. Very large room and even though mine was at ground floor next to the road, it was quiet and dark. Short walk to tons of nice cafes and bars! Staff was lovely and helpful. Subway right across the street.

Cozy, spacious room and comfortable bed with soft pillows. Peaceful and quiet. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. We also liked that the room on the 2nd floor (203) was fresh and didn't smell like smoke.

There were stairs leading up to the reception, and we had a heavy suitcase. Also, there was some difficulty with the room's blackout curtains.

The room was very spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean, and the furniture wasn't too worn out. The parking and dog fees are reasonable. The location is fantastic, and there are a lot of restaurants and shops within a short walking distance.

The breakfast itself was okay, but the breakfast room is a bit like a bunker ;-) Parking space is very limited, and the reception guy was a bit short-worded in English. But for the price, there's really nothing to complain about.
