Location is very convenient, beds were okay. The window view rather unpleasant, it shows some abandoned yard with a lot of trash. Room heating system either making it too warm or too cold and nothing in between. We didn’t stay for breakfast but from the first glimpse it looked good with plenty of options.

Sadly, bathroom was dirty (dusty surfaces, dirty bathtub). I wouldn’t risk taking a bath there.

The position is perfect to visit the city. The room was clean and the bed was confortable.

During the night, some rumors come from the other room closed to ours, but luckly they did not last so much.

Room was very good. In the beginning it was very hot but once I opened the windows it was totally OK. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Every time I needed something, which was often, they helped me with a smile until I had what I needed. I also really enjoyed the breakfast.

The gym, which was one of the reasons I booked this hotel, had only had one weights machine and three cardio machine. Luckily, usually it was empty, but there is barely room for two people there. Also, the location is ok, but you do need to walk a few minutes to get to some Cafes and restaurants. The old city is about 25 minutes walk.

The location is close to everything and staff are great , the rooms are a good size, breakfast was nice. Room very clean, windows opened for fresh air, temperature good.

My room had a broken bed base where it was leaning, so they moved me to another room straight away when I noticed it. But then the next one had just also little things wrong, hooks loose in bathroom, no working hair dryer, shower head was not attached right. When i asked for a hair dryer they brought one up straight away. But the rooms needed a little maintenance to be done that's all.

Very clean and comfortable. Very good location, close to bus stops and shops, restaurants. Breakfast was really good. I stayed for several days and every morning there was a different choice for breakfast. And very friendly servise of course!

Thin walls are really uncomfortable because you can hear your neighbour's every move, so you can't feel completely comfortable. But this is a problem for almost all hotels. I chose this hotel for other reasons, so this inconvenience was not a big problem.

I called the hotel from United States to ask few questions after booking with booking.com The person who answered the phone was very professional, knowing the details and gave me all the info I needed. The name is Dana, the way she conducted herself convinced me to stay at Hotel Leonardo. Another person, Gabriela also was extremely helpful, helping me to have a pleasent stay at the hotel with details on what I need for the time I stay at the hotel. The entire personal at the hotel was extremely great. I will stay at this hotel anytime we travel to Bucharest.

Exceptional room on the corner with two glass walls providing a wonderful view outside. It was astounding to open the curtains in the morning and see the view. Full height curtains block all light during the night. Furniture is all new, all working. Tea maker and coffee machine in the room, it is perfect if you are in a hurry and there's no time to have breakfast downstairs. Air conditioning working perfectly, I advice setting the fan to low speed at night so you don't hear anything.

Minor things indeed: the window once was left not tightly closed after room cleaning, and some noise from the road below was getting in, check that at night and ask an upper floow (4th is already ok) if that's a concern for you. If reaching there from the airport bus stop, Bulevardul Daciais is partly not well lit or maintained, I suggest getting there from Strada Bizerica Amzei and Calea Victoriel if you have a trolley.

We had overall a pleasant stay. Room was clean, location very central and good breakfast.

The staff was not very well organized. We arrived around 2 in the morning and the employee was unable to find cards to provide us so that we could access the room. He was very kind and apologetic but we had to wait approx. 30 min. Luckily someone left their room and returned their card keys which were then provided to us. Not sure if we would have been able to access the room if the other guests did not leave. We had already informed that we would come at that time but the necessary considerations (eg for key cards) were not made.

We felt very comfortable in the room we received. It was comfortable, bright, clean, both the room and the bathroom. The bed was very good, the linen impeccable. it was also very quiet even though the avenue is so close.

It was very cold in the room (room number 401)- it was warmer in the corridor upstairs. I don't know why but it felt as if the air conditioning was on - I think there were only 18 gr in the room... also we didn't have two cups for the coffee machine but only one - we were 2 person - that's why we didn't use it the coffee at our disposal.
