The location is pretty good, not too far from centre. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel to go to the centre and back. The cleaning service was excellent, towels were changed and the amenities replenished every day, the room was kept clean. The breakfast was satisfying and the staff at the restaurant very polite. Alex at the Reception was nice. The room was always warm due to the central heating, no problems with hot water either. Overall, a comfortable place to stay.

Some personnel at the reception could be friendlier. Generally no major problems occurred. It was a good stay.

Well, since the hotel is a bit old, everything has seen some better days. Some corners were worn down and the furniture was old. The choices in breakfast menu could have offered a bit more. But still, overall a great place to sray

Hotel Parliament deserves its 4 Star rating. The location is central, but without the bustle on, say, Calea Victoriei. The nearest Metro - Eroilor - is seven minutes walk away. The bedroom was spacious, clean, quiet and with very good A/C. The bathroom was first class too. Breakfast is generous. The restaurant has a varied menu and is good value for money. The staff are helpful. At the discount that I got, this was excellent value for money. I definitely would stay again if I returned to Bucharest.

The room was very spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. All areas of the hotel that I used looked very clean. The hotel is in a good location not far from the city centre.

I personally wasn't totally impressed by the food selection, however it may be to others taste. I really enjoy scrambled egg, however to me i found it to be very runny. Also the yogurt was just stacked on the table and due to that it was warm. Also the staff didn't interact with the guests in the dining area.

8th floor deluxe room with a view of the parliament building. What a vista! Huge spacious room spotlessly clean Bed mattresses were foam and super comfortable . All bed linen high quality Bathroom spacious and hot water always available. Being on the highest floor the shower water pressure was very strong. Public transport close by. The bus stop for bus 385 only ten seconds walk away. The metro station is approx 15 mins max walk to metro station Izvor for metro lines M1 yellow and M3 red. Very quiet street in the night . Extremely clean hotel and ample parking for their guests. Generally a very good level of English spoken by all staff. Breakfast served promptly from 7am and very substantive. Location is perfect as easy walking distance to everywhere . Check out time 12pm perfect for allowing to maximise time in Bucharest and also have luggage storage facility. Though this may be considered four stars hotel it easily surpasses many five star hotels for cleanliness and location.

not sure air conditioning was working during the recent heatwave. Curtains are not blackout so light sensitive sleepers could be disturbed in the very early hours or if trying to sleep during the day

It is quiet. There is personal 24/7 in the reception

The bathroom. I always made a mess with the bath. The glass divider does not prevents to drop water to the floor. I always ended with a flooded bathroom

The location of the hotel was exactly what we were looking for. Morover, the terrace suite offers a superb, up-close view of some of the most iconic landmarks in Bucharest. While the weather was pretty hot and using the terrace seemed like a good idea only by night, the shade of a neighbouring building made the terrace our favourite place in the afternoon.

Had it not been for some issues with our room and a dissapointing initial attitude of the staff towards the issue, we would've given it a 10.

- Room is clean and comfortable - Staff is very friendly and helpful (we had a twin room and they brought something to join our beds and make it like one double bed) - Internet works well

Not the hotels fault, but taxis from and to the airport are ridiculously expensive

The room itself was very spacious. It was also very clean. The breakfast was good. I slept very well.

The parking situation was a little puzzling. The room itself is a little dated. There was room loud music in the night, which the hotel quickly solved. I gather this hotel can be used by people going for a night out and then coming back and continuing. It's near a main road, which luckily isn't used much at night.

The location is perfect, It is a walking distance from the City Centre main attractions and also from Parliament. There is a Car parking available as well. The room size was pretty big as for the hotel room, clean bathroom and very good breakfast.
