Very close to city center , easy to reach city center , Aurport , parc.....Merto station near by and bus to Airport close as well .Many restaurants close to the hotel . Reception staff is helpfull and end easy to get support for anything you need . Breakfest very good ,

No posibility to have dinner in the hotel .I can understand that having the location in the city center you can find many places around where you can eat , but for older people having dinner in the hotel can be more convinient .

Breakfast is varied and delicious: croissants, cakes, omelette, boiled eggs, fried eggs, 3-4 different kind of breads, fruits, vegetables, sausages, ham, cheese, cereals, fish, olives, salami, jam, yoghurt, margarine, butter, cookies. The coffee machine is easy use. The shower is spacious. Blackout curtains. The hotel is very generous with amenities: slippers, bathrobe, towels, shower cap, shower gel, vanity kit. The fridge in the room is silent. There is a kettle in the room.

Not enough light in the room. The one elevator is not enough, you can be waiting for the elevator for a while. The hotel is close to a main street and you can hear the traffic.

Very nice location and rooms. Polite, patient and responsive service staff. All places to visit is in short term of reach. Good view from window. Little product shop, macdonalds and KFC near by.

Very hot and dry air because of the central heat. Fungus in the seams of the shower cabin. Noisy plum in the bath

The very good location is right in the center of Bucharest. The quality of the services is very good, the hotel employees are very welcoming and ready to help you with everything you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel was next to the old city, still in a quiet neighborhood. Michaela was really helpful. The room was beautiful and we really enjoyed the breakfast.

Even though it doesn't have to do with the hotel directly, I have to mention the following. We wanted to go on the day trip to Transylvania and we asked the hotel to help us. Even though they made a reservation for us, when we went to the meeting point, we discovered that no reservation had been made. Also, we asked the hotel to make a reservation for us for the House of Parliament. They replied that no such reservation could be made. We visited the House of Parliament only to find out that, of course, reservations must be made .

Exceptional location. Right beside the hotel entrance you have a non stop grocery store, pharmacy and very good cafes across the street. Cismigiu park si across the street, great for a morning walk or jogging. 10 - 15 min away from the historical center, Casa Poporului, Athene, National Art Museum and many other important attractions or beautiful streets/sights. Windows can be opened. The staff were super polite and really helpful. Even though check-in was at 3 p.m, they got the rooms ready earlier and we were able to checkin a few hours ahead.

There was a persistent closed, heavy smell in the room. Probably because the building is old and the bathroom ventilation can't keep up.

I do not understand how this hotel can get so many bad reviews. Me and my sister have had the best time! We booked the king-suite room 405, which is huge, spotlessly clean, and has everything you need. Daily room cleaning and filling up toiletries, with robes and slippers provided. The breakfast at the hotel had a lot of variety, their fried eggs are perfect!! The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Folri she always greets you with a friendly smile. The location of the hotel is great the city is huge but this hotel isn't far from the old town a taxi to the airport is £10 but make sure you book taxis on Uber! We got a taxi to the therme spa for only £12 each way for a 40-minute car journey each way. Would definitely stay here again and will definitely be recommending Romania and this hotel to friends and family. Thank you for a great trip!

I liked everything!

Breakfast was good. Location was great. Check-in went fast. Handy that on departure day we could leave our luggage in the storage area so we still could enjoy our day in the city without having to carry the luggage with us and picked it up late afternoon. Value for money. McDonalds and small grocer right next to it so handy in case of a last minute fast meal or groceries. I reccommend this property.

Room insulation is the only negative thing about this hotel because sometimes you could hear loud noises from the cars and the road downstairs.

Excellent location, walking distance from the old city, the park, and the main street. McDonald's and a minimarket are located downstairs, in this building. The room was clean, well equipped and comfortable. A very pleasant shower. The room was in the back, very quiet, on the second floor, close to the dining room and it was very pleasant and comfortable for me. The breakfast was good. The serviceman immediately replaced a burnt out lamp at the entrance to the room.

The room was at the back, facing an unsympathetic backyard, but the big advantage was that it was very quiet, not noice from the main road.

Perfect location, very close to the city center. Very kind and helpful staff. The room was very clean and good breakfast. A plus for the coffee.
