Breakfast selection was AWESOME! Fresh and delicious. The staff was very attentive. Room had all the amenities, and a fully functional kitchen. Business center a plus. Could use room phone for international calls - great perk. Business ethics - excellent, as I have not found anywhere in my travels! Many thanks. Looking forward to stay here again. Location close to everything Downtown - walking distance.

Nothing not to like. Weather was nice, can exchange currency at a good rate in the hotel, and they even picked me up from the airport for a fee! Excellent room service. Everybody spoke English.

I never write reviews but in this case i have to Absolutely excellent experience from the hotel manager to all the people working there they all strive to make you feel welcome. And the facilities are second to none in Bucharest. Thank you all for making my stay at your hotel such a wonderful experience

There is nothing not to like at this place

The rooms are very large, having a kitchen in the room is nice, beds are comfortable, we had a "walk-in" type of wardrobe in this room and the entire time it was quiet both from the street and other guests.

The hotel was renovated not very long ago but it's already starting to show significant "wear and tear" that is not being repaired (the sealant from the shower was off, leaving weird ugly black marks), tables are scratched, the door wasn;t opening smoothly etc. The light in rooms is very poor, it's so dark even when it's very sunny outside.

First of all I must give a big thanks to Tony and Valentin for the very great service and support I got from those guys in the reception. I have visited many hotels but those in the reception was one of my best experiences! They were always smiling and was there, when I needed help and support. With those guys I give 5 stars instead of 4 . And again I’m very thankful. The hotel was fantastic, cleaned and fresh rooms . What ever you needed was in the room . Good gym but could be better if they just added some weights there .I mean weights are one the standard things to have in gym, even in a small gym . The cleaning staff was also nice and did a great job. Breakfast was good but could be better .

They need to change toilet brush more often (room 514) needed a new brush . Was disappointed that they didn’t have pancakes or even porridge in the breakfast. Anyway I was satisfied and happy to be there.

The hotel's location was excellent (we selected the hotel for our stay with the location being one of the considerations), the least I can say, since it sits in a convenient position between the old town (south) and the other busy areas in the north and east (where the museums and other landmarks are located). Other pros of the hotel are the very large (apartment-like) rooms which offer great convenience for longer stays, the excellent breakfast (just enough quantities and options), good reception area and good (rather, beautiful) breakfast area. Amenities were in abundance as well, never needed to contact the staff for anything. Overall, it is the greatest value for money hotel I've been to in some time.

The rooms could be a bit cleaner (they are large, I get it, but I expected them to be clean. Whilst not needing them much, the staff was not seemingly "happy to be there"; I mean, who is, at a job - but you must not show it much :)

Very nice location…..on walking distance from the old town with its many restaurants and the peoples palace. Lots of nice places around the corner and an excellent food court a few 100 meters from the hotel. The room was a small modern apartment with small balconies. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is downstairs under the hotel. Very good!

The room is very nice but also very worn out. It is not obvious at first sight, because it looks perfectly modern and tastefully decorated, but the floors (laminated wood) and walls need a good make-over soon! A curious detail is the glass sliding door in the bathroom next to the bed. You cannot open and close it without wakening your partner due to how loud it is.

Accommodation: I stayed in the Superior suite, its more like a studio apartment than a room. Very comfortable, excellent bed, kitchen, living space, bathroom and with all extras like ironing board, hair dryer, proper placement of shower gel, hand wash and even body lotion. 2 TV's, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. You have kettle with some plates and cutlery's. The check-in staff is very polite and also other staffs in the hotel. We felt very welcomed! Location: Its very central, right on the main road but you never hear any sound inside the room. That's amazing! just few minutes walk to old part of the city. Almost all the tour operators will have a pick up location near to it. So many restaurants nearby and also in the old town. with many buses pass through so you will the location perfect. Breakfast & dinner: I had complimentary breakfast included with my room rate. The breakfast is decent though not amazing but definitely enough to kick start your day. I tried once the dinner at the bistro, the food was excellent... the salmon and chicken was perfectly cooked and the ambiance is very good too. didn't expect that so many people will have the dinner there... Overall, best hotel, price, location, amenities, food, staff etc.. I would rate 10 out of 10

If I really want to be picky, the tap in the washroom's washbasin is too high. Not convenient for me and breakfast could have more options too. But these are things I am picking out of nowhere.. You will not be disappointed!

Best value for money anywhere in Europe! Booked two double rooms - got two wonderful suites with living rooms and full kitchens, everything you can wish for was provided, even including a microwave, an iron and a great hairdryer) Very clean, most comfortable bed, totally quiet, great AC - got best night sleep at a hotel ever. Beautiful restaurant with stylish decor upstairs, has a view terrace, the breakfast there was pretty good too. Very nice and helpful staff and 10 min walk to old town.

The only little things (just being picky)) that were missing - shower cap in the bathroom and regular black tea at breakfast. Also, the water bottle in the room could’ve been free but I guess that’s more of a 5*-hotel thing :))

The hotel location is perfect for a walk around the old town and the parlament. The staff are welcoming and always available to help if needed. Room and bathroom are clean and well maintained. The beds are comfortable and an excellent air conditioning system.

Breakfast could be better. There is no great variety and abundance as for a four-star hotel. The underground, paid parking service is used not only by hotel guests and there are often no free spaces. The area outside is paid, and through an application, a subscription can be paid. A blue zone fee is for the whole day. cannot be billed hourly. .

Having a mini-apartment with lounge and kitchen areas separate from the bedroom made relaxation easier. Bottled water provided and in the fridge was very cheap. Breakfast had variety and the view from the rooftop restaurant balcony a bonus. Near the old town which had restaurants, cafes and souvenir shops, just what you want for a 2-day stay. The bathroom and its walk-in shower were particularly nice. The hotel arranged a car to the airport which was prompt and cost what we were told it would.

Nothing to do with this hotel but the taxi driver that brought us from the other hotel we stayed in for one night as part of a travel package drove a very long way round despite my husband telling him he was going in the wrong direction (he'd walked the route that morning so knew the driver was lying saying the roads were closed) and the ride cost 4x times what the previous hotel had advised it would.
